Claims (3)
- 열 안정성, pH 안정성이 우수하고, 단위동물 체내 온도인 39℃ 부근에서 활성이 우수한 파이타아제를 생산하는 에바리스트라 리니아타(Eballistra lineata) CM602 (KCTC 10945BP).
- 제 1항의 에바리스트라 리니아타(Eballistra lineata) CM602 (KCTC 10945BP)가 생산하는 효소로, 최적 온도는 55℃이고 70℃에서도 우수한 열안정성을 보이며, 단위동물 체내 온도인 39℃ 부근에서 충분한 활성을 나타내며, 최적 pH는 pH 7.0과 pH 2.0 로서 pH 3.5~9.0에서 60% 이상의 상대 활성값을 유지하는 효소 파이타아제(Phytase).
- 제 1항의 에바리스트라 리니아타(Eballistra lineata) CM602 (KCTC 10945BP)가 생산하는 파이타아제를 사료 첨가제로 사용하는 방법.
