Claims (4)
- 전지보호회로에 있어서,전지의 양극단에 연결되는 FET;상기 전지의 음극단과 상기 FET을 직접 연결하거나 각 단위전지의 전압을 모니터링하는 PCM IC(Protection Circuit Module IC)를 개재하여 연결하도록 전환하는 선택스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지보호회로.
- 전지보호회로에 있어서,전지의 음극단에 연결되는 FET;상기 전지의 양극단과 상기 FET을 직접 연결하거나 각 단위전지의 전압을 모니터링하는 PCM IC를 개재하여 연결하도록 전환하는 선택스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지보호회로.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,안전모드 설정시 상기 PCM IC가 작동되지 않는 특정 전압 이하가 되어도 일정 시간 동안 상기 PCM IC가 작동되는데 필요한 전원을 유지하는 커패시터가 상기 선택스위치와 상기 PCM IC 사이에 추가로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지보호회로.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,상기 선택스위치에는 전류가 직접 통과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지보호회로.
