The present invention relates to a building safety stairs installation structure, and more particularly to a building structure safety stairs installation structure that can maximize the structural stability of the staircase by distributing and supporting the load of the steel staircase to be prefabricated.

Generally, stairs are installed together with elevators to connect vertical copper lines of two or more high-rise buildings. However, these stairs should be connected to the upper and lower slabs and the protruding landings in the middle of the narrow staircase space. Especially, in case of concrete construction, the construction process is required from the formwork to concrete pouring, curing and dismantling of the formwork. It was very tricky.

Therefore, in recent years, a method of manufacturing a unit made of steel in a concrete or steel-framed building, etc., assembling and connecting to a concrete sphere has been applied.

The construction of a staircase using a conventional steel frame has a configuration including a vertical wall for forming a vertical passage, a slab alternately installed on the vertical wall at regular intervals up and down, and a step connecting the slab.

Here, the slab is provided with an embedded angle for connecting to the stairs, and the embedded angle is connected to the upper and lower floors of the building by being firmly fixed by bolt-nut coupling in the state that the end of the stairs connecting the upper and lower slabs is mounted. A stairway is formed.

However, the construction structure of the conventional steel staircase as described above is a structure in which the vertical wall is to be fully supported by the slab and the steel staircase of considerable load, which is not structurally stable and has a high risk of collapse during an earthquake.

In addition, as another example of the prior art, the stairs are installed on the wall structure by hanging, but this is also structurally unstable, high risk of collapse in the event of an earthquake.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a safety structure installation structure for a construction structure that can effectively distribute the load of the stairs to achieve structural stability of the stairs.

Building structure safety stairs installation structure according to the present invention for achieving the above object, a pair of stair supports are installed to be supported on the ground (or downstairs), the staircase is inserted between the pair of stair supports, A plurality of fastening rods penetrate the staircase and the stair support, and fasteners are fastened from the outside of the stair support, respectively, so that the stair is installed.

The features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description based on the accompanying drawings. It must be interpreted to mean meanings and concepts.

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the building structure safety staircase installation structure according to the present invention, while being interposed between a pair of stair supports (10, 10), the stair supports (10, 10) both sides of the stair support ( Fasteners 40 are fastened to the ends 20 which are fixed to 10 and 10 and through the stairs 20 and the pair of stair supports 10 and 10 and through the stair supports 10 and 10. The staircase 20 is installed by the fastening bar 30 and the cover 50 covering the fastening bar 30.

The stair support 10 is a stair support 11 having a plurality of fastening holes 11a, a plurality of vertical bars 12a coupled to an upper portion of the stair support 11, and connected to the upper portions of the vertical bars 12a. Railing part 12 consisting of a horizontal bar (12b) to be made of, a column 13 formed on the bottom of the stair support (11), a pair is fixed to each other at a predetermined distance from the fixed plate formed on the lower portion of the column (13) A plurality of anchors 15 are embedded in 14.

Although the stair support 10 and the staircase 20 have sufficient propulsion force of the staircase 20 even when only being coupled by the fastening rod 30, the load of the staircase 20 is concentrated in the fastening rod 30 due to the structure of the fastening rod. Since the 30 may be damaged, the stair 20 may be seated on one side (step 20 side) of the stair support 10 and both sides of the stair 20 so that the load of the stair 20 is distributed. Jaws 16 and 22 are formed, respectively.

The staircase 20 has right and left penetrating therein and a fastening hole 21 communicating with the fastening hole 11a.

The fastening rod 30 penetrates through the fastening holes 21 and 11a of the staircase 20 and the pair of stair supporters 10, and the fastener 40 at the end protruding to the outside of the pair of the stair supporters 10. Is tightened to install the stairs 20 and a pair of stair support (10) firmly.

The cover 50 is open at one side by a horizontal part extending in the same direction in the vertical part and the upper and lower parts of the vertical part, respectively, and covers the outside of the stair support part 11, and covers the outer side of the stair support part 11 while being fastened. Through the 51 is coupled to the stair support 11 so that the fastening rod 30 is not exposed to the outside.

According to the building construction safety stairs installation structure according to the present invention configured as described above, a pair of stair support (10) is set up and fixed, inserting the stairs 20 between the stair support (10) fastening holes (11a, 21, and the mounting jaw (16, 22) is applied when the staircase 20 is seated through the mounting jaw (16, 22) is fastened to the fastening holes (11a, 21). The fastening holes 40 are fastened to both ends of the fastening bar 30 by penetrating the fastening rods 30 to the fastening holes 11a and 21, and the stairs 20 are installed on the pair of step supports 10.

The staircase 20 installed in this way is supported on both sides of the stair support 10, respectively, and is supported on the ground through the stair support 10, so that the dynamic loads of the self-weight of the staircase 20 and the passage of pedestrians are distributed to the ground. Even if an earthquake or the like occurs, the staircase 20 can maintain the installation state.

Here, as the load of the staircase 20 is not concentrated on the fastening rod 30 and distributed to the stair support 10 through the mounting jaws 16 and 22, the staircase 20 is firmly installed and the damage is prevented. .

As described above, according to the building construction safety staircase installation structure according to the present invention, both sides of the staircase is firmly installed on the stair support supported on the ground (or downstairs stairs), so that the load of the staircase is distributed through the stair support. Accordingly, the collapse of the stairs can be prevented, and the construction of the stairs can be performed by inserting the stairs between the pair of stair supports and fastening the fastening rods, thereby shortening the air and saving the city park.
