Claims (9)
- 피가열체를 복사 가열하는 발열체; 및상기 발열체에서 방사된 복사열을 반사시키는 반사 부재가 포함되며,상기 반사 부재의 측면부는 인볼류트(Involute) 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사 부재의 중앙부에는 융기부가 형성되며, 상기 융기부의 높이는 상기 발열체보다 높게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅 유닛.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 융기부는 원형 형상의 상면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사 부재는, 중앙부에 소정 높이로 형성되는 융기부와,상기 반사 부재의 측면을 형성하며 인벌류트 형상으로 형성되는 측면부와,상기 측면부와 상기 융기부를 연결하는 수평부가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅 유닛.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 수평부는, 상기 발열체의 중심을 기준으로 외측 방향으로 형성되는 인벌류트 곡선과 내측 방향으로 상기 인벌류트 곡선과 대응되는 크기로 형성되는 가상의 인벌류트 곡선의 공통 접선인 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅 유닛.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 융기부의 측면은 선형인 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅 유닛.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 융기부의 측면은 상기 수평부로부터 대략 10도 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인볼류트 형상은 직선의 조합으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사 부재의 상단부와 상기 발열체 중심 간의 수직 거리는 상기 발열체의 직경과 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅 유닛.
