Claims (2)
- 원주방향을 따라 등간격으로 배치된 제1캠드라이브(35) 및 상기 제1캠드라이브(35)와 서로 다른 반경상에 위치하면서 상기 제1캠드라이브(35)사이에 한 개씩 배치되도록 설치된 제2캠드라이브(36)를 구비한 상형(31)과;센싱홀 가공블록(40)을 향해 돌출된 길이가 서로 다른 길이를 갖도록 형성되는 한편 상기 상형(31)의 하강시 상기 제1,2캠드라이브(35,36)와 시간차를 두고 각각 순차적으로 접촉을 하여 센싱홀 가공블록(40)쪽으로 이동을 하면서 상기 센싱홀 가공블록(40)에 안착된 톤휠(10)을 시간차를 두고 관통하여 센싱홀(13)을 가공하는 제1피어싱펀치(37) 및 제2피어싱펀치(38)가 서로 다른 반경상에서 원주방향을 따라 한 개씩 교대로 배치되도록 설치된 하형(32);을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 톤휠 제작용 피어싱 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제2피어싱펀치(38)는 상기 제1피어싱펀치(37)보다 센싱홀 가공블록(40)으로부터 더 큰 반경상에 위치하도록 설치되는 한편,상기 센싱홀 가공블록(40)을 향해 돌출된 길이는 상기 제2피어싱펀치(38)가 상기 제1피어싱펀치(37)보다 더 긴 길이를 갖도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 톤휠 제작용 피어싱 장치.
