Claims (5)
- 충전된 전원을 공급하며 상부에 음극단자와 양극단자를 갖춘 배터리 셀과, 상기 배터리 셀의 상부에 설치되며 상기 음극 및 양극단자와 각각 단자판을 통하여 전기적으로 연결되는 보호회로모듈과, 상부에 상기 보호회로모듈을 수용한 상태에서 상기 배터리 셀 상부에 장착되는 보호회로케이스와, 상기 보호회로케이스와 상기 배터리 셀 상단 일부를 덮는 형태로 상기 배터리 셀의 상부에 결합되는 상부커버와, 상기 배터리 셀의 둘레와 상기 상부커버의 둘레를 결속하는 강철밴드와, 상기 상부커버, 배터리 셀, 강철밴드의 외면에 접착되는 접착테이프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 강철밴드는 상기 배터리 셀의 하단을 지지하는 하단지지부와, 상기 하단지지부의 양단으로부터 각각 상부로 연장되며 상기 배터리 셀의 양쪽 측단과 상기 상부커버의 양쪽 측단을 지지하는 두 측단지지부와, 상기 상부커버의 상단 양측에 각각 걸리도록 상기 두 측단지지부의 상단으로부터 절곡된 걸림부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 보호회로케이스와 상기 상부커버는 절연이 가능하도록 수지재질로 마련 된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호회로모듈의 상면에는 복수의 출력단자부가 금속도금을 통해 마련되고, 상기 상부커버에는 상기 복수의 출력단자부와 대응하는 위치에 상기 복수의 출력단자부가 노출되도록 개방된 개구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호회로케이스는 상기 보호회로모듈의 수용을 위한 상부수용공간과, 상기 배터리 셀 상부의 음극단자 및 상기 단자판들의 수용을 위한 하부수용공간을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
