Claims (6)
- 유입 파이프(3)와 유출 파이프(4)가 연결된 로터 챔버(2)가 마련되어 있는 압축기 요소(1)와; 유출 파이프(4)에 있는 저장조(7)와; 유입 파이프(3)에 조립된 유입 밸브(9)를 갖는 압력 조절 시스템(8)과; 유입 밸브(9)에 연결되어 있고 실린더(24) 내에서 이동할 수 있는 피스톤(23)과; 상기 유입 밸브(9)를 우회하는 한편, 유입 파이프(3)와 로터 챔버(2) 사이에서 로터 챔버(2) 안으로의 가스의 유입만을 허용하는 체크 밸브(16) 및 가스 스트림 리미터(15)가 연속하여 조립된 우회로(bypass)(14)와; 저장조(7)를 우회로(14)에서의 가스 스트림 리미터(15)와 체크 밸브(16) 사이에 위치하는 부분에 연결하는 가스 파이프(17)와; 이 가스 파이프(17)에 조립된 릴리프 밸브(18)를 포함하는 압축기에 있어서,상기 피스톤(23)은 실린더(24)를 2개의 폐쇄된 실린더 챔버(25, 26)로 분할하는 복동식 피스톤이며, 상기 유입 밸브로부터 멀리 떨어진 쪽의 실린더 챔버(25)는 파이프(28)를 통해 로터 챔버(2)에서의 유입 밸브(9) 근방에 위치하는 부분(13)에 연결되며, 피스톤(23)의 다른 쪽에서의 실린더 챔버(26)는 파이프(29)를 통해 로터 챔버(2)에서의 유입 밸브(9) 근방에 위치하는 부분(13) 및 체크 밸브(16)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유입 밸브(9)로부터 멀리 떨어진 쪽의 실린더 챔버(25)를 로터 챔버(2)에서의 유입 밸브(9) 근방에 위치하는 부분(13)에 연결하는 파이프(28)는 피스톤(23)과 유입 밸브(9) 사이를 연결하는 연결부(27)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(23)과 유입 밸브(9) 사이를 연결하는 연결부는 그 전체 길이에 걸쳐 덕트(34)가 마련된 스템(stem)(27)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 릴리프 밸브(18)는 스프링(21)이 설치되어 있고 파이프(22)와 제어 라인(20)이 연결되는 공압 밸브이며, 상기 파이프(22)는 저장조(7)에 직접 연결되며, 상기 제어 라인(20)도 제어 밸브(19)를 통해 저장조(7)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제어 밸브(19)는 전자기식 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유입 밸브(9)는 실린더(24)와 함께 공용 하우징(30)을 형성하는 하우징(12)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
