Claims (5)
- 내측면 상에 박막트랜지스터 및 화소전극이 형성된 어레이 기판과, 내측면 상에 박막트랜지스터에 대응해서 블랙매트릭스가 형성되고, 상기 블랙매트릭스 상에 컬러필터가 형성된 컬러필터 기판 상에 액정을 드롭시킨 후 상기 기판들이 씨일재에 의해 합착되는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 컬러필터 기판은 액정드롭후 상기 기판들을 합착시 액정의 유속을 제어하여 미경화된 씨일에 의한 액정오염을 방지하기 위해 표시영역과 접한 비표시 영역에 더미 패턴들이 형성되고, 상기 더미 패턴들은 패턴 간에 소정 깊이의 골을 갖도록 소정 거리를 유지하여 패터닝됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 더미 패턴은 표시영역 내의 컬러필터 형성방향과 서로 평행하지 않도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 더미 패턴은 표시영역 내의 컬러필터 형성방향과 90°를 이루도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 더미 패턴은 패턴간에 각단차가 발생하도록 서로 겹치게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
