Claims (4)
- 강철기재(15, 25)의 마찰측 표면상에 철계금속분말 및 고체윤활제분말의 혼합분말(16a, 26a)을 도포하여 소결층(16b, 26b)을 형성한 미끄럼베어링에 있어서, 상기 소결층(16b, 26b)은 소결로 내에 장치한 금형(13, 14, 23, 24) 내부에서 600℃-1060℃의 온도로 고상소결하되, 고상소결진행 도중에 금형(13, 14, 23, 24) 내부에서 압착수단에 의하여 일정한 압력 범위로 가압하여 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 고상소결층을 갖는 미끄럼베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가압수단에 의한 가압은 10-300kg중/㎠의 압력으로 10분-180분 동안 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 고상소결층을 갖는 미끄럼베어링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 철계금속분말은 동분말 10 - 50중량%, 니켈, 티타늄, 규소, 알루미늄, 코발트, 크롬, 망간 또는 주석 가운데서 선택된 1 또는 2 이상의 금속분말을 0.1-30중량%, 나머지는 철분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 고상소결층을 갖는 미끄럼베어링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 고체윤활제는 흑연(graphite), 이황화몰리브덴(MoS2) 또는 이황화텅스텐(WS2) 가운데서 선택된 1 또는 2이상의 고체윤활제이고, 철계금속분말에 대하여 0.1중량% - 20중량% 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 고상소결층을 갖는 미끄럼베어링.
