The present invention relates to a biological liquid sampling sealing storage tube and automatic tube sealing machine, and more specifically, to extract a variety of biological liquid samples (blood, cerebrospinal fluid, pleural fluid, urine, etc.) that are used for research in the health care field The present invention relates to a tube for sealing storage and a device for sealing and storing a biological liquid sample for a long period of low temperature freezing by dividing into a plurality of zones without contact with external fluid.
Biological samples required for research in various health care fields are largely divided into tissue samples and liquid samples. The liquid samples required for the study are a plurality of samples (less than 500 microliters, typically 100 microliters or less) for each sample, It should be able to be stored at low temperature between minus 60 and 80 degrees. In addition, for the validity of the study, after the sample has been placed in the sample storage container, the possibility of contact or contamination with air or other foreign substances should be eliminated.
Currently, a typical method of extracting and storing a biological liquid sample is to extract the biological liquid sample using an injection device such as a pipette and a disposable plastic tip, and then inject into each plastic container, and then store the lid of the container. However, the current biological liquid sample storage method requires a lot of time to inject each plastic storage container using an injection device, and when injecting a sample into the storage device, contamination by contact with air or other foreign substances is prevented. can not avoid. In addition, after injecting a biological liquid sample into each storage container, the sample is taken out of the freezer after thawing and dissolved again, and then the sample cannot be used again. Because the proteins belonging to most antigens that are the subject of healthcare research are frozen and thawed once they are frozen and thawed.
Therefore, in order to eliminate the above problems, the invention was introduced to extract the biological liquid sample using a disposable plastic tip, etc., and then transfer it back to the polyvinyl tube and then seal the tube manually using a high frequency dielectric heating method. However, the polyvinyl tube structure suitable for extraction has not been invented yet, and the amount of each zone where the sealing is made is different when the plastic tip is used for extraction and then transferred to a storage vessel such as a transfusion table and then manually sealed. The amount of pressure applied to the tube when sealing depends on the grip of the operator, which causes different sealing levels, which sometimes results in tube breaks in the middle of the sealing, which is time consuming. Therefore, the shape and size of each sample after sealing is different, and the space required for freezing storage is large. In addition, there is a great safety and hygiene problem that the human body is continuously exposed to and in contact with biological liquid samples due to manual work.
In order to eliminate the problems described above, the present invention automatically extracts a sample using an extraction mechanism such as a pipette using a tube that can store a biological liquid sample into a plurality of zones without contact with an external fluid. After fixing to the tube fixing device for sealing by using a mechanical and electronic method, the seal is automatically divided into the number desired by the user.In this case, the length of the tube extended by the sealing is automatically calibrated and interlocked automatically to maintain the same amount of tension. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for preventing tube breakage during automatic tube sealing in the longitudinal direction of the tube.

Detailed description of the three
Two functions of the
The

The tube structure body extension length
As shown in FIG. 3, the tube structure body extension length automatic correction device composed of the
The material of the tube structure body is a soft synthetic resin series, and the part where sealing occurs during mechanical and electronic sealing increases slightly in the longitudinal direction. For one seal, a polyvinyl chloride tube typically has a length extension of around 1% of its total length. When sealing the tube using the tube auto-sealing device, always correct the distance of the tube fixture (the vertical length between the tube
In addition, in order to easily fix or detach the tube structure body to the tube fixing device of the tube automatic sealing device, the straight distance between the tube
