Claims (7)
- 압축부;상기 압축부를 지지하는 메인 프레임;상기 메인 프레임에 의하여 상단부가 지지되며, 내부에 편심되어 형성되는 오일 공급 유로와, 외주면에 소정폭과 길이로 형성되는 함몰부가 포함되는 구동축;상기 구동축의 외주면에 끼워지는 회전자와, 상기 회전자의 외주에 끼워지는 고정자가 포함되는 모터;상기 회전자의 상측에 안착되는 오일캡;상기 구동축에 끼워지는 밸런스 부재;가 포함되는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밸런스 부재는 상기 오일캡의 내부에 수용되며 상기 구동축에 압입되는 상부 밸런스와,상기 회전자의 하측에 끼워지는 하부 밸런스가 포함되는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 상부 밸런스는 상기 회전자로부터 소정 거리 이격되게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오일캡과 상기 회전자 사이에 개입되며, 상기 회전자의 상부면에 고정 장착되는 어퍼 엔드링과,상기 회전자의 하측에 결합되는 로어 엔드링이 더 포함되는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 로어 엔드링에 일체로 결합되는 하부 밸런스가 더 포함되는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압축부로부터 토출된 냉매 및/또는 오일의 적어도 일부는 상기 메인 프레임을 관통하여 상기 오일캡 내부로 유입되고,상기 오일캡 내부에서 순환하면서 상기 구동축의 함몰부를 따라 하강하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오일캡은 소정의 길이와 직경을 가지는 원통 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
