Abstract

A rudder shape of a ship is provided to minimize corrosion due to cavitation by directing a portion of a lower leading edge in a direction similar to an introduction flow. A rudder shape of a ship includes a rudder part(1), and a starboard. The rudder part has a leading edge aligned in a direction similar to an introduction flow. The leading edge is directed to the starboard to form an angle of 3-7 degrees. A portion of the leading edge has a direction similar to the introduction flow with respect to an axial height(2) of a propeller. As a result, the leading edge submerged under the axial height of the propeller has a naturally rotated shape to reduce affectation of cavitation. In addition, since the leading edge is directed to the starboard to form an angle of 3 ~ 7 degrees, it is possible to minimize corrosion due to the cavitation.

The present invention relates to the shape of the rudder portion for reducing the cavitation erosion of the vessel.

The present invention forms the shape of a portion of the lower leading edge of the rudder part based on the propeller shaft core height in a state in which it is rotated at a predetermined angle in the direction of the starboard so as to face a direction similar to the incident flow. It is to minimize the erosion caused by.

In general, the rudder part of the ship is the part where erosion occurs by cavitation under the influence of the propeller wake. In particular, the lower part of the rudder part based on the propeller shaft height, that is, the port surface of the leading edge, which is the moving part, is structurally the propeller. It is necessary to improve the shape of the rudder part so that the erosion phenomenon due to cavitation does not occur significantly in the port surface of the lower part of the rudder part, that is, the leading edge side, which is the movable part, as a part which is more affected by the wake characteristic.

The present invention forms the shape of a portion of the lower leading edge of the rudder part based on the propeller shaft core height in a state in which it is rotated at a predetermined angle in the direction of the starboard so as to face a direction similar to the incident flow. To minimize the erosion caused by

The present invention for achieving the above object is to rotate the shape of the leading edge portion in the cross-section below the propeller shaft core height of the movable part in order to minimize the erosion of the rudder portion exposed to the erosion by cavitation incident flow It is an object of the present invention to propose a shape of a rudder portion for reducing cavitation erosion of a ship, which reduces the cavitation by facing in a direction similar to.

According to the present invention, the shape of the lower leading edge portion of the rudder portion 1 based on the propeller shaft core height 2 is directed to a direction similar to the incident current in the rubber portion of the ship. It is a structure to minimize the erosion by the cavitation by forming in a state rotated at an angle of 3 ~ 7 ° in the direction.

1 is a side view of the rudder portion for explaining the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view of the rudder portion for explaining the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A of FIG.

The basic configuration of the ship rudder portion 1 of the present invention is maintained as it is. However, in the present invention, the shape of a part of the lower leading edge of the rudder part 1 based on the propeller shaft core height 2 is 3 to 7 ° in the direction of the starboard in a direction similar to the incident current. By forming in a state rotated at an angle of to be to minimize the erosion by the cavitation.

As shown in FIG. 3, the shape of a part of the lower leading edge of the rudder part 1 is directed in a direction similar to the incident current as shown in FIG. 3 in the direction of the starboard. As it is formed to rotate at an angle of 3 to 7 °, the leading edge portion below the propeller shaft height (2) exposed to erosion by cavitation has a shape that is naturally rotated toward the propeller inflow. It will be less susceptible to erosion.
