Description
또한, 본 발명의 공연비감지센서를 이용한 연소장치는 상기와 같이 공기 또는 가스 공급량의 증감에 따라 송풍기 또는 가스밸브(70)의 작동을 제어하여 공연비가 일정 상태로 유지되도록 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 상기 연소실(50)의 내부 압력, 즉 보일러의 작동 출력에 따라 연소실(50) 내부로 공급되는 공기와 가스의 비율이 최적화되도록 조절할 수 있다.
이와 반대로, 연소출력이 증가되어 상기 연소실(50)의 압력이 증가될 경우, 압력(P2)의 증가에 따라 제2다이어프램(22)에서 제2하우징(13) 내벽면에 밀착되는 면적이 감소하게 되므로, 압력(P3)에 의해 제2다이어프램(22)에 작용되는 하향력이 증가되어 제2다이어프램(22)이 상대적으로 하측에 위치된 지점에서 평형이 이루어지게 된다. 이에 따라, 상기 거리감지센서(30)에 의해 공기압력이 상대적으로 큰 것으로 인식되므로, 상기 제어부(40)에 의해 송풍기(60)의 공기 공급량이 감소되도록, 또는 가스밸브(70)를 통한 가스 공급량이 증가되도록 조절이 이루어져 연소실(50)로 공급되는 가스에 대한 공기의 공급비율이 낮아지게 된다. 따라서, 연소출력이 높은 경우, 과잉공기비가 감소되어 보다 높은 연소효율을 얻을 수 있다.
Claims (6)
- 보일러의 연소실과; 상기 연소실에 각각 공기 및 가스를 공급하는 송풍기 및 가스밸브와; 상기 송풍기 및 가스밸브에 의한 공기와 가스의 공급비 검출을 위한 공연비감지센서와; 상기 공연비감지센서에 의해 입력된 신호에 따라 상기 송풍기와 가스밸브 중 적어도 하나의 작동을 제어하여 연소실에 대한 가스와 공기 공급 비율을 조절하는 제어부를 포함하며,상기 공연비감지센서는, 상기 가스밸브에 의해 공급되는 가스압력이 전달되는 가스압연결구가 형성된 제1하우징과, 상기 제1하우징에 결합되는 제2하우징과, 상기 제2하우징에 결합되며 송풍기에 의해 공급되는 공기압력이 전달되는 송풍기압연결구가 형성된 제3하우징과, 상기 제1하우징과 제2하우징 사이에 설치된 제1다이어프램과, 상기 제2하우징과 제3하우징 사이에 설치된 제2다이어프램과, 상기 제1다이어프램과 제2다이어프램 사이에 연결 설치된 상,하연결구와, 상기 제3하우징에 장착되어 상기 제2다이어프램의 승강 위치를 검출하는 거리감지센서를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공연비감지센서를 이용한 연소장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1하우징과 제1다이어프램 사이 및 상기 제3하우징과 제2다이어프램 사이에 일정한 복원력을 갖는 스프링이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 공연비감지센서를 이용한 연소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2하우징의 제1다이어프램과 제2다이어프램 사이에는 연소실의 압력이 전달되는 연소실압연결구가 형성되며, 상기 제2하우징의 내주면에는 상기 연소실압연결구를 통해 전달되는 연소실의 내부 압력에 따라 제2다이어프램의 전체 면적 중 제2하우징 내주면에 밀착되는 면적이 증감되도록 경사면이 형성되어 연소실 내부 압력에 따라 상기 제2다이어프램의 평형 위치가 변화되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 공연비감지센서를 이용한 연소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 거리감지센서는 제1하우징과 제3하우징 중 적어도 일측에 선택적으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 공연비감지센서를 이용한 연소장치.
