Claims (14)
- [(CaxSr1-x)O]m[(TiyZr1-y-zHfz)O2]로 표시되는 조성의 유전체 산화물을 포함하는 주성분과,Mn 산화물 및 Al 산화물을 포함하는 제1 부성분과,적어도 SiO2을 주성분으로 포함하는 유리 성분을 적어도 포함하는 유전체 자기 조성물로서,상기 주성분에 포함되는 식 중의 조성 몰비를 나타내는 기호 m, x, y 및 z가,0.90≤m≤1.04,0.5≤x<1,0.01≤y≤0.10 및0<z≤0.20의 관계에 있고,적어도, 상기 주성분을 구성하는 주성분원료와, 상기 제1 부성분을 구성하는 제1 부성분 원료와, 상기 유리 성분을 구성하는 유리 성분 원료를 일괄 가소((假燒)하여 고상(固相)반응시켜 가소물로 하고, 그 이후, 본소성(本燒成)을 함으로써 제조되는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주성분 100몰%에 대해, 상기 Mn 산화물을 MnO로 환산해서 0.2∼5몰%, 상기 Al 산화물을 Al2O3로 환산해서 0.1∼10몰% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주성분 100몰%에 대해, V 산화물을 V2O5로 환산해서 0∼2.5몰%(단, 0은 포함하지 않는다) 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 성분이, [(BavCa1-v) O]wSiO2로 표시되고, 상기 유리 성분의 조성식 중의 v, w가 각각 0≤v≤1, 0.5≤w≤4.0의 범위에 있고, 상기 유리 성분이, 상기 주성분 100몰%에 대해 0.5∼15몰% 함유하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Sc 및 Y를 포함하는 희토류 원소 중의 적어도 1개를, 상기 주성분 100몰%에 대해 0.02∼1.5몰% 포함하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Nb, Mo, Ta, W 및 Mg 중의 적어도 1개를, 상기 주성분 100몰%에 대해 0.02∼1.5몰% 포함하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주성분에 포함되는 식 중의 조성 몰비를 나타내는 기호 m이, 1.005≤m≤1.025인 유전체 자기 조성물.
- [(CaxSr1-x)O]m[(TiyZr1-y-zHfz)O2]로 표시되는 조성의 유전체 산화물을 포함하는 주성분과,Mn 산화물 및 Al 산화물을 포함하는 제1 부성분과,적어도 SiO2을 주성분으로 포함하는 유리 성분을 적어도 포함하는 유전체 자기 조성물로서,상기 주성분에 포함되는 식 중의 조성 몰비를 나타내는 기호 m, x, y 및 z가,0.90≤m≤1.04,0.5≤x<1,0.01≤y≤0.10,0<z≤0.20의 관계에 있고,적어도, 상기 주성분을 구성하는 주성분원료와, 상기 제1 부성분을 구성하는 제1 부성분 원료와, 상기 유리 성분을 구성하는 유리 성분 원료를 준비하는 공정과,준비한 상기 원료를 혼합하는 공정과,건식합성법을 이용하여, 상기 혼합된 원료를 일괄 가소하여 고상반응시켜 가소물을 얻는 공정과,상기 가소물을 본소성하고, 상기 유전체자기조성물을 얻는 공정을 가지는유전제 자기 조성물의 제조방법.
- 유전체층을 갖는 전자 부품으로서,상기 유전체층이, 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유전체 자기 조성물로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 부품.
- 내부 전극과 유전체층이 번갈아 적층되어 있는 전자 부품으로서,상기 유전체층이, 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유전체 자기 조성물로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 부품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 내부 전극이 적어도 니켈을 함유하는 전자 부품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층에서의 결정의 평균 입경이 2㎛이하인 전자 부품.
- 내부 전극과 유전체층가 번갈아 적층되어 있는 전자부품을 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 유전체층이 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유전체 자기 조성물로 구성되고,상기 내부 전극과 유전체층을 동시에 1300℃ 이하에서 본 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 부품의 제조 방법.
