Claims (7)
- 투명성 절연기판상에 형성된 게이트와 활성층 및 소오스/드레인으로 구성된 TFT;상기 TFT를 포함한 전체 구조의 상면에 형성된 투명 레진막;상기 투명레진막내에 경사진 프로파일을 가지도록 형성된 레진홀;상기 레진홀내에 형성된 칼라레진;상기 투명레진막과 칼라레진내에 형성되고 상기 TFT의 드레인부를 노출시키는 비아홀; 및상기 비아홀과 칼라레진상에 형성된 투명 화소전극을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명레진막으로는 아크릴계 레진 또는 BCB계열의 레진을 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명레진막의 두께는 2.5∼3.5 μm인 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치.
- 투명성 절연기판상에 게이트와 활성층 및 소오스/드레인으로 구성된 TFT를 형성하는 단계;상기 TFT를 포함한 전체 구조의 상면에 투명 레진막과 투명레진막내에 레진홀을 형성하는 단계;상기 투명레진막내에 경사진 프로파일을 갖는 레진홀을 형성하는 단계;상기 레진홀내에 칼라레진을 형성하는 단계;상기 투명레진막과 칼라레진내에 상기 TFT의 드레인부를 노출시키는 비아홀을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 비아홀과 칼라레진상에 투명 화소전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 투명레진막으로는 아크릴계 레진 또는 BCB계열의 레진을 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 투명레진막의 두께는 2.5∼3.5 μm인 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
