Claims (5)
- 강재의 다층 용접 이음부의 최종 패스에 의하여 형성된 열 영향부의 표면에, 초음파 진동 단자에 의한 타격 처리 또는 초음파 진동 강구에 의한 쇼트 피닝 처리를 함으로써, 상기 최종 패스에 의하여 형성된 열 영향부에 있어서의 용접 금속과 모재와의 퓨전 라인(FL)에 인접하는 금속 조직에 있어서, 상기 강재 표면으로부터 2mm 이상의 깊이까지의 각 결정의 긴 지름의 평균을, 그 강재 표면으로부터 판두께 t의 1/4의 깊이에 있어서의 용접 전의 모재의 결정립경의 120% 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강재의 용접 이음부에 있어서의 열 영향부의 인성 향상 방법.
- 강재의 모서리 용접 이음부의 지단부의 근방에, 초음파 진동 단자에 의한 타격 처리 또는 초음파 진동 강구에 의한 쇼트 피닝 처리를 실시함으로써, 상기 지단부의 근방의 열 영향부에 있어서의 용접 금속과 모재와의 융합선에 인접하는 금속 조직에 대하여, 상기 강재 표면으로부터 2mm 이상의 깊이까지의 각 결정의 긴 지름의 평균을, 그 강재 표면으로부터 판두께 t의 1/4의 깊이에 있어서의 용접 전의 모재의 결정립경의 120% 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강재의 용접 이음부에 있어서의 열 영향부의 인성 향상 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강재 표면으로부터 2 mm 이상의 깊이까지의 각 결정의 긴 지름의 평균이 30㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 강재의 용접 이음 부에 있어서의 열 영향부의 인성 향상 방법.
- 강재의 1 패스 또는 수 패스의 대입 열 용접 이음부의 지단부의 근방에, 초음파 진동 단자에 의한 타격 처리 또는 초음파 진동 강구에 의한 쇼트 피닝 처리를 실시함으로써, 상기 지단부에 형성된 융합 불량부의 길이를 0.3 mm 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강재의 용접 이음부에 있어서의 열 영향부의 인성 향상 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 진동 단자에 의한 타격 처리 또는 초음파 진동 강구에 의한 쇼트 피닝 처리의 처리 전 또는 처리 중에, 상기 강재를 보조 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강재의 용접 이음부에 있어서의 열 영향부의 인성 향상 방법.
