Claims (5)
- 투명성 절연기판과, 상기 투명성 절연기판 상에 일 방향으로 배열된 수 개의 게이트 라인과, 상기 게이트 라인과 직교하게 배열되어 있는 수 개의 데이터 라인과, 상기 게이트 라인과 데이터 라인의 교차부에 형성되어있는 박막 트랜지스터와, 상기 게이트 라인과 데이터 라인에 의해 한정된 화소 영역 내에 배치된 카운터 전극과, 상기 카운터 전극의 상부에 배치된 화소전극을 포함하는 프린지 필드 스위칭 모드 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 카운터 전극은 인접하는 게이트 라인 또는 데이터 라인과 절연막의 개재하에 오버랩되게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 프린지 필드 스위칭 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 카운터 전극은인접하는 게이트 라인 또는 인접하는 데이터 라인 중에서 어느 하나의 라인과 오버랩되게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 프린지 필드 스위칭 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 카운터 전극은인접하는 게이트 라인 및 인접하는 데이터 라인 모두와 오버랩되게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 프린지 필드 스위칭 모드 액정표시장치.
