Abstract
Description
여기서, 상기 제어모듈(145)은, 부하량산정모듈(120)을 제어하여 상기 GIS의 도형정보와 그 속성정보를 토대로 유역별 수계의 배출부하량을 산정하도록 하고, 연안수질모델모듈(140)을 제어하여 상기 도형정보와 그 속성정보를 토대로 상기 유역별 수계와 연결된 연안해변에서의 환경적 여건(수온, 염분, BOD 등)에 따른 오염물질(질소, 인 등)의 확산 거동을 모의하도록 하며, 의사결정지원모듈(130)을 제어하여 상기 도형정보와 속성정보를 토대로 상기 연안해변의 수원인 상기 유역별 수계와 상기 수계로 유입되는 오염수원(생활계, 산업계, 축산계, 토지이용, 양식계 등)의 배출구조와 배출현황(BOD, 인함량, 질소함량)을 파악하고, 상기 연안해변의 수질오염도가 환경 기준치에 만족하기 위한 상기 각 유역별 수계의 적정 배출부하량을 산출한 다음, 상기 적정 배출부하량에 이르기 위한 상기 오염수원의 적정 발생부하량을 산정 및 제시하도록 프로세스 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Claims (7)
- 사용자 단말기(10)의 요청에 따라, 유역별 배출부하량을 산정하는 부하량산정모듈(120)과, 유역별 환경기준치에 부합하는 적정 배출부하량을 상기 유역별로 제시하는 의사결정지원모듈(140)과 이들을 총괄 제어하는 제어모듈(145)을 구비하는 서버(100)가 구비된 지리정보시스템(GIS)을 이용한 내륙의 수질관리시스템에 있어서,상기 서버(100)는,상기 GIS의 도형정보와 그 속성정보를 이용하여 상기 유역별 수계와 연결된 연안해변에서의 환경적 여건(수온, 염분, BOD 등)에 따른 상기 배출부하량에 함유된 오염물질(질소, 인 등)의 확산 거동을 모의하는 연안수질모델모듈(140)을 더 포함하고,상기 제어모듈(145)은,부하량산정모듈(120)을 제어하여 상기 GIS의 도형정보와 그 속성정보를 토대로 유역별 수계의 배출부하량을 산정하도록 하고,연안수질모델모듈(140)을 제어하여 상기 도형정보와 그 속성정보를 토대로 상기 유역별 수계와 연결된 연안해변에서의 환경적 여건(수온, 염분, BOD 등)에 따른 오염물질(질소, 인 등)의 확산 거동을 모의하도록 하며,의사결정지원모듈(130)을 제어하여 상기 도형정보와 속성정보를 토대로 상기 연안해변의 수원인 상기 유역별 수계와 상기 수계로 유입되는 오염수원(생활계, 산업계, 축산계, 토지이용, 양식계 등)의 배출구조와 배출현황(BOD, 인함량, 질소함량)을 파악하고, 상기 연안해변의 수질오염도가 환경 기준치에 만족하기 위한 상기 각 유역별 수계의 적정 배출부하량을 산출한 다음, 상기 적정 배출부하량에 이르기 위한 상기 오염수원의 적정 발생부하량을 산정 및 제시하도록 프로세스 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연안해역의 수질관리시스템.
