Claims (5)
- 회전축에 결합되는 허브와,상기 허브의 외주에 방사상으로 배열되어 상기 허브와 일체로 회전되면서 공기를 축방향으로 송풍하는 복수 개의 회전날개를 포함하며, 상기 회전날개의 형상을 결정하는 인자로서 익현길이, 스윕각, 설치각, 캠버각이 정의된 축류팬에 있어서,상기 회전날개는 내측단으로부터 외측단으로 갈수록 상기 익현길이가 점진적으로 감소되는 제1감소구간과, 상기 제1감소구간에 연속되며 상기 익현길이가 점진적으로 증가되는 증가구간과, 상기 증가구간에 연속되며 상기 익현길이가 점진적으로 감소되는 제2감소구간을 가지며, 상기 회전날개의 중간영역에서 최소값을 가지며;상기 스윕각은 그 회전날개의 내측단으로부터 음의 각도에서 외측단으로 갈수록 점점 양의 각도로 바뀌며;상기 설치각은 상기 회전날개의 내측단으로부터 외측단으로 갈수록 점점 감소하여 중간영역에서 최소값을 가지며 다시 외측단으로 갈수록 증가하며;상기 캠버각은 상기 회전날개의 내측단과 외측단간 최단길이인 날개길이에 대한 상기 회전날개의 내측단으로부터 외측단방향으로 임의의 점과 최단길이의 비인, 길이비가 0.75 내지 0.85인 지점에서 최소값을 가지며 그 지점으로부터 상기 회전날개의 외측단까지 점점 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1감소구간은 상기 회전날개의 내측단으로부터 상기 길이비 0.5인 지점까지이며 상기 길이비가 0.5인 지점에서 최소값을 가지며, 상기 증가구간은 상기 길이비가 0.7 내지 0.9인 지점까지인 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전날개의 내측단으로부터 상기 길이비가 0.8 내지 0.9인 지점에서 상기 스윕각이 음의 각도에서 양의 각도로 바뀌는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전날개의 외측단의 설치각은 내측단의 설치각의 80% 내지 95%의 값을 가지며, 상기 외측단에서의 설치각은 15° 내지 35°이며, 상기 설치각은 상기 회전날개의 내측단으로부터 상기 길이비가 0.4 내지 0.6인 지점에서 최소값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캠버각은 상기 회전날개의 내측단으로부터 점점 감소하여 상기 길이비가 0.75 내지 0.85인 지점에서 내측단의 캠버각의 60% 내지 70%인 각도로 최소값을 가지며, 그 지점으로부터 점점 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
