Claims (3)
- 기판 상에 형성된 제1 전극과, 상기 제1 전극 상에 발광층을 샌드위치하여 형성된 제2 전극을 구비한 발광 소자 형성 기판과,상기 발광 소자 형성 기판의 소자 형성면측을 덮는 밀봉 부재와,상기 제2 전극과 밀봉 부재와의 간극에 배치되는 충격 완충 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 완충 기능이 부가된 전계 발광 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 부재의 상기 제2 전극의 대향면측에는, 상기 충격 완충 부재가 돌출하여 설치 또는 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격 완충 기능이 부가된 전계 발광 디바이스.
- 기판 상에 형성된 제1 전극과, 상기 제1 전극 상에 발광층을 샌드위치하여 형성된 제2 전극을 구비한 발광 소자 형성 기판의 소자 형성면측을 덮는 밀봉 부재에 있어서,상기 밀봉 부재의 상기 제2 전극의 대향면측에는, 충격 완충 부재가 돌출하여 설치 또는 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 디바이스용 충격 완충 기능이 부가된 밀봉 부재.
