Claims (5)
- 절삭유가 포함된 슬러지를 공급받는 호퍼를 구비하여 상기 호퍼의 배출구로 상기 슬러지를 배출하는 슬러지 공급부;상기 슬러지 공급부의 슬러지가 내부공간으로 공급되는 실린더를 구비하고, 상기 실린더의 내부공간에 제공된 상기 슬러지를 가압하는 가압부를 구비하며, 상기 가압부로 가압되는 슬러지에서 절삭유를 걸러내는 필터를 구비하고, 상기 가압부에 대향하게 제공되어 상기 실린더의 내부공간을 개폐하는 지지부를 구비하며, 상기 슬러지가 가압되면 필터를 통과한 절삭유를 외부로 배출하기 위한 통로를 포함하는 슬러지 압축부; 및상기 슬러지 압축부의 지지부가 상면에 지지되는 지지블럭을 구비하고, 상기 지지블럭이 내부에서 미끄럼 이동되는 하우징을 구비하여, 상기 지지블럭이 미끄럼 이동되면 상기 실린더가 개방되어 압축된 슬러지를 상기 하우징으로 배출하는 슬러지 배출부를 포함하고;상기 슬러지 압축부의 상기 지지부는 상기 가압부의 가압에 의해 상기 하우징의 일측으로 회전하여 상기 실린더의 내부공간을 개폐하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 슬러지의 고형화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 슬러지 공급부의 호퍼는 절삭유를 포함하는 슬러지가 상부로 공급되어 하부에 형성된 배출관으로 배출되는 원뿔 형태이고,상기 호퍼는 상기 슬러지를 상기 배출관으로 이송하는 제1 스크류 및 상기 제1 스크류에 연결되어 배출관 내부로 이송된 슬러지를 상기 실린더의 내부공간으 로 이송하는 제2 스크류를 포함하고,상기 제1, 2스크류는 상기 호퍼의 상부에 제공된 모터에 의해 회전되는 축에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 슬러지의 고형화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 슬러지 압축부의 상기 가압부는 상기 실린더의 외주부에 하부가 결합되고 상부는 유압오일을 제공받는 가압하우징 및 상기 가압하우징의 상부로 제공되는 유압오일에 의해 상기 가압하우징의 내부에서 미끄럼 이동하여 상기 실린더의 내부공간으로 제공된 상기 슬러지를 가압하는 가압피스톤을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 슬러지의 고형화 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 슬러지 압축부의 상기 필터는 상기 실린더의 내부공간에서 상기 가압부에 의해 가압된 상기 슬러지의 절삭유가 여과되어 도달하는 틈새공간을 제공하도록 상기 지지부에 배치되고, 상기 실린더는 외부에서 가압된 에어가 상기 틈새공간으 로 유입되도록 하는 관로를 포함하여 상기 틈새공간으로 여과된 절삭유는 상기 관로로 유입된 에어에 의해 상기 통로로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 슬러지의 고형화 장치.
