Claims (13)
- (A) 최소 하나의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 50 ∼ 93 중량%(B) 분자량이 1,000 ∼ 20,000인 최소 하나의 에틸렌계 불포화 거대 단량체 2 ∼ 25 중량% 및(C) 최소 하나의 중합가능한 이미다졸 유도체 5 ∼ 25 중량%로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분지형 중합체.여기서, 상기 성분 (A), (B) 및 (C)는 합해서 100 중량%를 이루며, 상기 중합체의 분자량이 15,000 ∼ 100,000이고 필요에 따라서는 염의 형태로 존재한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (B)는 5 ∼ 15 중량% 그리고 성분 (C)는 10 ∼ 20 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 분지형 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 분자량이 25,000 ∼ 75,000인 것인 분지형 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 성분 (A)는 필요에 따라 하이드록시알킬 또는 알킬 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 아크릴레이트 또는 메틸아크릴레이트, 스티렌 또는 그 유도체 또는 비닐 에테르이고, 성분 (B)는 말단 메타크릴릭 작용기성 폴리(메타)크릴레이트 또는 모노비닐 말단의 폴리디메틸실록산이며, 성분 (C)는 N-비닐이미다졸인 것인 분지형 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 상기 분지형 중합체가 지방산, 하이드록시카르복실산, 설폰산, 설페이트, 산성의 포스페이트 또는 무기산의 염으로서 존재하는 것인 분지형 중합체.
- (A) 최소 하나의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 50 ∼ 93 중량%(B) 분자량이 1,000 ∼ 20,000인 최소 하나의 에틸렌계 불포화 거대 단량체 2 ∼ 25 중량% 및(C) 최소 하나의 중합가능한 이미다졸 유도체 5 ∼ 25 중량%를 유기 용매 및 최소 하나의 라디칼 개시제의 존재 하에, 50 내지 180℃의 온도에서 자유 라디칼 중합에 의해 중합시키고, 이와 같이 얻어진 중합체를 필요에 따라 그것의 염으로 변환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 분지형 중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매가 에스테르이며 라디칼 개시제가 과산화물 또는 아조 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제6항 및 제7항 중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 상기 반응 온도가 90 ∼ 150℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항의 중합체를 안료, 충전제 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는 페인트, 페이스트, 성형 조성물 또는 이들의 혼합물의 제조를 위한 분산제로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항의 중합체를 분말상 또는 섬유상 고체의 코팅을 위해 사용하는 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 분지형 중합체는 분산되는 고체를 기준으로 0.5 ∼ 100 중량%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 분자량이 30,000 ~ 50,000인 것인 분지형 중합체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 중합체를 결합제와 병용하는 방법.
