Claims (8)
- 두 전극과 세퍼레이터를 적층하고, 권취하여 이루어지는 전극 조립체 및 상기 전극 조립체가 내장되는 케이스를 구비하여 이루어지는 이차 전지에 있어서,상기 전극 조립체의 대향하는 상기 두 전극의 면의 불연속부가 있는 곳의 적어도 일부 개소에 보조 절연체가 설치되며,상기 보조 절연체는 상기 세퍼레이터와 같은 재질, 같은 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보조 절연체는 대향하는 상기 두 전극의 면 가운데 한 쪽에만 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 보조 절연체는 상기 세퍼레이터에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 불연속부는 상기 전극의 극판이 감기는 방향을 따라 전극 집전체에 활물질이 코팅되기 시작하거나 끝나는 위치, 상기 전극 집전체에 전극 탭이 부착되는 위치, 상기 전극판이 시작되거나 끝나는 위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보조 절연체는 10 내지 20 마이크로 미터 두께로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보조 절연체는 PET(폴리에칠렌테레프탈레이트)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 두 전극과 세퍼레이터를 적층하고, 권취하여 이루어지는 전극 조립체 및 상기 전극 조립체가 내장되는 케이스를 구비하여 이루어지는 이차 전지에 있어서,상기 전극 조립체의 대향하는 상기 두 전극의 면의 불연속부가 있는 곳의 적어도 일부 개소에 보조 절연체가 설치되며,상기 보조 절연체는 자체가 페이스트 형태로 이루어져 세퍼레이터나 전극에 도포되는 형태로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
