Description
Claims (12)
- 연소배가스중의 이산화황과 질소산화물의 제거에 있어서,알칼리 용액의 반응용액에서 이산화염소와 연소배가스를 반응시켜 연소배가스중의 이산화황과 질소산화물을 동시에 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소배가스중의 이산화황과 질소산화물의 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화염소는 염소산을 환원제로 환원시켜서 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화염소의 농도는 환원제의 공급속도에 의해 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화염소는 공기, 질소, 연소배가스 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 운반가스를 이용하여 반응용액으로 이송시킴을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이산화염소는 총용적 2.5L 밀폐형반응기의 용액 1리터(L)에 대하여 운반가스 2∼10L/min의 유량으로 반응용액에 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응용액에서 이산화염소와 연소배가스의 반응은 20∼60℃에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응용액의 pH는 3∼11로 유지함을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연소배가스는 4∼10%의 산소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연소배가스중의 이산화황 농도는 200∼700ppm 임을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연소배가스중의 질소산화물 농도는 150∼1000ppm 임을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 환원제는 이산화황(SO2), 염화나트륨(NaCl), 염산(HCl), 메탄올(CH3OH), 과산화수소(H2O2) 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상임을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 반응용액의 pH를 3∼11로 유지하기 위해 반응용액에 알칼리 금속의 수산화물 또는 알칼리 토금속의 수산화물을 반응용액에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
