Claims (6)
- 양극판과 음극판 및 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체와 전해액이 수용되는 캔과, 캡플레이트와 절연플레이트와 터미널플레이트 및 전극단자를 포함하여 이루어지며 상기 캔의 상단개구부에 결합되어 캔을 밀봉하는 캡조립체를 포함하는 리튬이온 이차전지에 있어서,상기 캡플레이트는 하면에 상기 절연플레이트에 상응하는 크기로 형성되어 상기 절연플레이트가 안착되는 제1안착홈을 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 절연플레이트는 하면에 상기 터미널플레이트에 상응하는 크기로 형성되어 상기 터미널플레이트가 안착되는 제2안착홈을 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 절연플레이트는 상기 제2안착홈의 소정위치에 제1고정홈이 형성되고,상기 터미널플레이트는 상면에 형성되어 상기 제1고정홈에 결합되는 회전방지돌출부를 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1안착홈은 0.1mm 내지 0.5mm 깊이로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제1안착홈은 상기 캡플레이트의 하면이 압입되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 절연플레이트는 소정위치에 제2고정홈이 형성되고,상기 터미널플레이트는 상면에 형성되어 상기 제2고정홈에 결합되는 회전방지돌출부를 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 이차전지.
