Claims (3)
- 실외공기를 최적의 온습도를 갖는 실내공기가 되도록 덕트를 통해 급기하거나 실내공기를 최적의 온습도를 갖도록 재순환시켜서 덕트를 통해 급기하는 제습공조시스템에 있어서,인입된 공기의 습기를 제거하는 제습로터(12)와;상기 제습로터(12)를 통과한 공기의 열을 흡수하고 방열하는 각 증발기(14a) 및 응축기(14b)를 구비하는 제1 히트파이프(14)와;상기 제1히트파이프(14)의 증발기(14a)로부터 인입되는 공기의 열을 냉매의 증발로 흡수하고 방열하는 증발기(16a) 및 응축기(16b)를 구비하는 냉동기(16)와;상기 제습로터(12), 제1히트파이프의 증발기(14a) 및 냉동기 증발기(16a)를 통과한 공기가 과냉각되어 온도가 낮은 경우 필요에 따라 과냉각된 공기를 재가열하는 제1 전기히터(18)와;제1 히트파이프 응축기(14b) 전단에 구비되고 상기 냉동기의 응축기(16b)를 통과한 공기의 온도를 증발냉각에 의해 낮추고 그와 동시에 상기 냉동기의 응축기(16b)를 통과한 공기의 노점온도 보다 낮은 물을 분무하여 공기중의 수증기를 감소시키는 냉각패드(22)와; 및상기 제습로터(12)와 제1 히트파이프의 응축기(14b) 사이에 구비되고 상기 냉각패드(22)와 히트파이프 응축기(14b)를 순차적으로 통과한 공기를 가열하는 제2전기히터(26)와; 를 포함하되상기 냉동기의 증발기(16a)는 섬프탱크(28c) 외주면에 냉매로 충진된 코일을 권선하는 직팽코일구조(28a)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습공조시스템(10).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 냉동기의 증발기(16a)는 섬프탱크로(28c)로 바이패스관로(28d)를 형성하고 상기 관로에 흐르는 냉수의 일부를 분무수로 사용할 수 있도록 형성된 냉수코일구조(28b)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습공조시스템(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,실외로 배기되는 공기의 열을 흡수하는 증발기(24a) 및 상기 제1 히트파이프의 응축기(14b)로부터 인입되는 공기를 상기 증발기(24a)로부터 상승한 열을 이용하여 가열하고 상기 제2 전기히터(26) 후단 또는 상기 제2 전기히터 전단으로 제공하는 응축기(24b)를 갖는 제2 히트파이프(24)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제습공조시스템(10).
