Claims (8)
- 두개의 이형철근을 연결하는 철근 이음장치에 있어서,일단에 외부면을 따라 나사산이 형성되어 있는 이형철근과, 상기 이형철근의 나사산과 결합되는 길이조절부재와, 상기 길이조절부재를 내부에 수용하면서 소정의 각도로 기울여서 결합할 수 있는 제1커플러와, 상기 길이조절부재를 내부에 수용하면서 소정의 각도로 기울여서 결합할 수 있는 제2커플러를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 제1커플러와 제2커플러는 나사결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음장치
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 길이조절부재는 소정의 각도로 기울어져 돌출되어 있는 길이조절부재 경사면이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2에 있어서,상기 제1커플러는 상기 길이조절부재 경사면이 접촉하는 내면에 제1커플러 경사면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2에 있어서,상기 제2커플러는 상기 길이조절부재 경사면을 접촉하는 단부에 제2커플러 경사면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,고정용 너트가 상기 이형철근의 나사산에 결합되며, 길이조절부재의 후면에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 길이조절부재 경사면은 일정한 곡률로 곡면을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1커플러 경사면은 일정한 곡률로 곡면을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음장치
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제2커플러 경사면은 일정한 곡률로 곡면을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음장치.
