Claims (8)
- 삭제
- 공기를 공급하는 공기 레일과 연료를 공급하는 연료레일이 개별적으로 구비된 가솔린 직접 분사형 엔진 시스템에서,흡입 공기량 및 흡기 압력을 조절하여 압축된 공기를 공기 레일로 공급하는 공기 공급 장치;연료 탱크에 저장된 연료를 압축하고 압력을 조절하여 연료 레일로 공급하는 연료 공급 장치; 및상기 공기 레일 및 상기 연료 레일과 연결되어 공기와 연료의 혼합기를 형성하고 형성된 혼합기를 상기 엔진에 형성된 각각의 실린더로 분사하는 하나 이상의 인젝터;를 포함하되,상기 공기 공급 장치는 엔진으로 공급되는 흡기량을 제어하는 스로틀 밸브; 상기 스로틀 밸브를 통하여 공급되는 공기를 압축하는 공기 압축기; 및 상기 공기 압축기에서 압축되는 공기의 압력을 제한하는 공기압 제한 밸브(air pressure limit valve)를 포함하며,상기 연료 공급 장치는 부분부하 시 연료를 압축하여 공급하는 저압 연료 펌프; 전부하 시 연료를 압축하여 공급하는 고압 연료 펌프; 상기 저압 연료 펌프에서 압축되는 연료의 압력을 제한하는 제1 연료압 제한 밸브(fuel pressure limit valve); 및 상기 고압 연료 펌프에서 압축되는 연료의 압력을 제한하는 제2 연료압 제한 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사형 엔진 시스템.
- 제2항에서,상기 공기 공급 장치는 상기 연료 탱크의 연료 증발 가스를 저장하는 카본 캐니스터(carbon canister); 및 상기 카본 캐니스터와 상기 공기 압축기 사이에 개재되어 연료 증발 가스의 유동을 제어하는 개폐 밸브(shut-off valve)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사형 엔진 시스템.
- 제3항에서,상기 연료 공급 장치는 상기 저압 연료 펌프에 의해 압축되는 연료의 역류를 방지하는 제1 체크밸브; 및 상기 고압 연료 펌프에 의해 압축되는 연료의 역류를 방지하는 제2 체크밸브를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사형 엔진 시스템.
- 제3항에서,상기 인젝터는 상기 연료 레일로부터 공급되는 연료를 분사하는 연료용 인젝터; 상기 연료 분사부에서 분사된 연료가 상기 공기 레일로부터 공급되는 공기와 혼합되어 혼합기를 실린더 내부로 분사하는 혼합기 인젝터를 포함하는 것을 특징으 로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사형 엔진 시스템.
- 제5항에서,상기 연료 인젝터와 상기 혼합기 인젝터는 직렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사형 엔진 시스템.
- 제5항에서,상기 인젝터의 연료 분사 및 혼합기 분사는 엔진 제어 유닛(ECU)과 연결된 인젝터 드라이버(injector driver)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사형 엔진 시스템
- 제7항에서,상기 인젝터 드라이버는 압축 행정에서 혼합기가 분사되도록 상기 인젝터를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린 직접 분사형 엔진 시스템.
