Description
Claims (13)
- 평평한 제1면과 이것의 반대면인 평평한 제2면을 가지며, 상기 제1면과 제2면에는 각각 제1,2~n-1,n 영역이 구비되고, 각 영역 사이에는 제1,2~n-2,n-1 폴딩 라인이 형성되어 권취되는 음극 도전 포일;상기 음극 도전 포일의 제1면중 제3,4~n-2,n-1 영역과, 상기 음극 도전 포일의 제2면중 제2,3~n-1,n 영역에 일정 두께로 코팅된 음극 활물질;상기 음극 도전 포일의 제1면중 제1영역에 용접되어 외부로 일정 길이 연장되고, 표면은 절연 테이프로 감싸여진 음극 도전 탭;대략 평평한 제1면과 이것의 반대면인 대략 평평한 제2면을 가지며, 상기 제1면과 제2면에는 제1,2~n-1,n 영역이 구비되고, 각 영역 사이에는 제1,2~n-2,n-1 폴딩 라인이 형성된 동시에, 상기 음극 도전 포일에 밀착되어 권취되는 양극 도전 포일;상기 양극 도전 포일의 제1면중 제3,4~n-2,n-1 영역과, 상기 양극 도전 포일의 제2면중 제2,3~n-4,n-3 영역에 일정 두께로 코팅된 양극 활물질; 및,상기 양극 도전 포일의 제1면중 제1영역에 용접되어 외부로 일정 길이 연장되고, 표면은 절연 테이프로 감싸여진 양극 도전 탭을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 도전 포일은 제1폴딩 라인을 중심으로 제1,2영 역의 제1면이 상호 밀착되어 권취되기 시작하고, 상기 음극 도전 포일의 제1영역중 제2면이 상기 양극 도전 포일의 제1영역중 제1면에 밀착되어 함께 권취됨을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 도전 포일의 제1면과 제2면 위에는 세퍼레이터가 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 도전 포일은 구리 포일인 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 그래파이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 도전 탭은 니켈 탭인 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 도전 포일은 알루미늄 포일 또는 알루미늄 메쉬중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질은 리튬코발트산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 탭은 알루미늄 탭인 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 도전 포일은 제1면의 제2영역중 일부 영역에도 일정 두께의 양극 활물질이 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 도전 포일은 제1면의 제2영역에도 일정 두께의 양극 활물질이 코팅되어 있되, 제1폴딩 라인을 통해 권취된 후, 상기 양극 탭과 중첩되는 영역의 외주연으로 활물질이 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 도전 포일은 제1영역의 폭이 나머지 제2,3~n-1,n 영역의 폭보다 작게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 집전체와,적어도 하나 이상의 제1면, 상기 제1면에 연결된 적어도 하나 이상의 제2면, 상기 제1면 및 제2면에 동시 연결된 제3면 및 상기 제3면과 대향되는 상부에 개방구가 형성되어 상기 집전체가 결합되는 캔과,상기 캔의 상부에 용접되어, 상기 집전체가 외부로 이탈되지 않도록 하는 캡 조립체와,상기 캔에 주입된 전해액을 포함하여 이루어진 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
