Claims (3)
- VARTM(Vacuum assisted resin transfer molding) 공법으로 제조된 개방형 몰드를 준비하는 제1단계와;상기 개방형 몰드의 상부에 여러 방향의 축을 갖도록 직조된 다축섬유를 적층하는 제2단계와;상기 적층된 다축섬유 층의 상부에 탈형을 용이하게 하는 섬유 소재의 이형천을 적층하는 제3단계와;상기 이형천 상부에 액상 수지의 흐름을 도와주는 플러미디어를 적층하는 제4단계와;실란트 테이프와 진공백을 이용하여 상기 개방형 몰드를 밀폐시키는 제5단계와;진공펌프를 이용하여 상기 밀폐된 개방형 몰드 내부를 진공으로 만드는 제6단계와;액상 수지 공급 라인을 개방시켜 액상 수지가 주입되도록 하는 제7단계; 및상기 밀폐된 개방형 몰드 내에 주입된 액상 수지를 경화시키는 제8단계를 포함하는 보트의 헐 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다축섬유는,각 섬유의 축이 0°, 45°, 90° 및 -45°로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 보트의 헐 제조방법.
- 직선의 결을 갖는 섬유가 여러 방향의 축으로 배열된 다축섬유 층과;상기 적층된 다축섬유 층의 상부에 적층된 섬유 소재의 이형천 층과;상기 이형천의 상부에 액상 수지의 흐름을 도와주는 플러미디어 층; 및상기 각 층들에 함침되어 경화된 액상 수지 층을 포함하는 보트의 헐.
