Claims (10)
- 제1 전극, 제2 전극, 및 그 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터와 함께 권취된 전극조립체와, 상기 전극조립체 상부에 위치하는 절연케이스를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지에 있어서,상기 절연케이스는 인장강도가 500kg/㎠ 이상인 수지 또는 수지 복합재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 또는 수지 복합재료는 압축강도가 900kg/㎠ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 또는 수지 복합재료는 전해액과 반응하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연케이스는 페놀수지, 폴리페닐렌설파이드, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴레에테르케톤, 폴리옥시메틸렌 및 이들의 유리섬유 또는 탄소섬유강화 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 절연케이스는 베이클라이트로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 절연케이스는 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 양 측단 상에 위치하는 측단 지지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 양 측단 지지부는 상방향으로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 절연케이스는 상기 본체부의 측면 상에서 적어도 하나의 측면 지지부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 측면 지지부는 상방향으로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 절연케이스의 본체부에 전극탭 인출구 또는 전해액 주입구가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
