Description
The present invention is to mix the coal ash powder and red mud generated after the pulverized coal combustion of the coal-fired power plant in the soil order and reinforcement grouting so that the ground is suitable for sand or viscous soil, and the inorganic fastener is used in the field conditions. By mixing according to the one-part inorganic quickener grout which can freely control the required strength, permeability and durability, the construction is convenient and the amount of cement can be reduced by using coal ash and red mud. The present invention relates to an economical and environmentally friendly grout composition in which cohesion is improved.
Generally used for grout materials used in the order reinforcement work of underground construction, the order reinforcement work of mountain tunnel construction, the order reinforcement work of dam foundation construction, and general soft ground improvement work. have. The suspension grout material contains solid particles in a solution, and the solution grout material does not contain much solid particles in a solution. The solution type grout material is used more than the suspension type grout material because the permeability in the ground facilitates the solution type.
The suspension grout material developed so far is typically a CG grout with cement-bentonite as a hardening material or a milk grout material using ordinary cement alone. Factors that greatly affect the permeability of the suspension grout material are the size of the powder particles and the viscosity of the suspension. However, in recent years, due to the development of powder technology, suspension type grout materials have been developed in which ultrafine particles of powder in suspension have been developed, and suspensions are also widely used, and suspension types also exhibit high permeability as well as solution type grout materials.
The use of ultra-fine particles for powder grout produces a problem in which the two properties replace each other. As the powder becomes ultrafine, the penetration area can be extended to the silt soil, but the viscosity of the suspension is increased rapidly. However, due to the problem of lack of coagulation function was difficult to control gel time was not used. In addition, the particle diameter of the suspension particles can not be adjusted in situ, but the viscosity of the suspension is adjustable in situ. In order to reduce the viscosity, there is currently a method of using a chemical admixture to increase the water binding ratio or to cause an electrochemical dispersion.
Currently, a method of increasing the water bonding ratio is mainly used. Representative chemical solution of solution type grout material is water glass. When water glass is used, the durability limit is 1 year because of the dissolution phenomenon, and the order effect is remarkably lowered from 3 months. The use of silica sol-based injection material (MSG) to suppress the dissolution of silica by using only pure silica as a binder is increasing trend.
Patent No. 414856 discloses a dispersant for reducing the viscosity of powder grout material and suspension composed of ultra fine cement composite silica cement composed of cement ultra fine particles and pozzolan ultra fine particles, and sodium silicate, silica sol, admixture, etc. The present invention relates to a grout material for constructing a ground reinforcing structure by using a suspension type and a solution type grout material which can adjust the gel time range widely, and conveniently providing high permeability, high strength and high durability.
However, since the composite silica cement uses cement, fly ash, and chaff, and composite silica, a solidification catalyst, and a dispersant, the composition ratio is complicated and cement, fly ash, and chaff cannot be transported in bags. There is a disadvantage in that it can not be stirred with water and must be transported in a mixed state in a vehicle such as ready-mixed concrete at the factory.
In view of the conventional problems, the present inventors collect coal ash generated after pulverized coal combustion of a coal-fired power plant and make it into fine powder and mix it with cement, but it is easy to control the gel time and quantity and the required strength and permeability according to the mixing ratio of coal ash and cement. And a one-part inorganic quickener capable of freely adjusting the durability, and is being filed as a patent application 2004-35882.
The present invention is an improvement of the patent of the present inventors, the object of the present invention is to mix the bottom ash powder generated after pulverized coal combustion of cement and thermal power plants with red mud so that the ground is suitable for sand or viscous soil, By providing a one-part grout composition that can mix the payment according to the site conditions and freely control the required strength, permeability and durability, it is convenient to install and the bottom ash and red mud can be used to further reduce the amount of cement, especially red mud. Due to the environmentally friendly grout composition is improved durability and cohesion of the base.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention, in the grout composition, by combining 50 to 80 parts by weight of cement, 10 to 30 parts by weight of coal ash powder and 10 to 20 parts by weight of red mud, so as to penetrate well when the base is sand or viscous soil. There is a characteristic.
Hereinafter, the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
The present invention relates to a grout composition using bottom ash and red mud to be suitable when the base is sandy or viscous soil and to reduce the amount of cement.
Coal ash, mostly burned in thermal power plants, is discharged from the boiler along with flue gas. At this time, the fly ash collected in the dust collector has a particle diameter of less than 10㎛ in 70 ~ 80% or more, and a large or large coal ash (10-15%) falling in the lower part of the boiler. It is called bottom ash.
Bottom ash of the present invention is to be pulverized into fine particles in the pulverizer after sorting, washing and screening by screening method is a powder degree of 2400 ~ 5000㎠ / g. The bottom ash is a complete mineral. Table 1 is a test report analyzing the chemical composition of the bottom ash.
As can be seen in Table 1, the bottom ash powder, which is coal ash, is inorganic and environmentally friendly since it does not contain harmful heavy metals such as mercury and arsenic. And because it has antibacterial, odor and insecticidal function by far infrared rays and is alkaline, it can neutralize the toxicity of cement and eliminate odors, thus preventing the contamination of groundwater.
The present invention relates to a one-part inorganic alkali-based grout composition for water-based or ground reinforcement, which does not use a water glass system, and mixes the bottom ash with cement and has a chemical ingredient of Table 2 as a red mud.
As can be seen from Table 1 and Table 2, the compressive strength test was carried out using the bottom ash and red mud below the pollutant level in the eggplant area or subregion of Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Korean Intellectual Law, which is the national environmental standard. Was carried out.
[Table 3] Compressive strength change according to the mixing ratio of cement, bottom ash and red mud
As shown in Table 3, the best strength of the 4 days in the primary test compounding ratio is 80 parts by weight of cement, 10 parts by weight of bottom ash and 10 parts by weight of red mud. And the best 7-day strength in the second test mix ratio is 80 parts by weight of cement, 10 parts by weight of bottom ash and 10 parts by weight of red mud. In the 1st and 2nd test mix ratio, each quantity should be 1: 1 of cement, bottom ash, and red mud. As can be seen in Table 3, the red mud should be equal to or greater than the bottom ash, and the smaller the quantity, the higher the initial strength. And the bottom ash which is coal ash used the thing whose powder degree is 2400-5000cm <2> / g.

Table 4 shows the results of detection of harmful substances when 80 parts by weight of cement, 10 parts by weight of bottom ash powder and 10 parts by weight of red mud in the first and second test blending ratios. As can be seen, it was found that the provisions of Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the National Environmental Standards Criteria Act were satisfied, and the intensity of 4 and 7 days was satisfied with the requirements of grout.
In order to find out whether sufficient compressive strength is obtained by the first and second test compounding ratios of the present invention when the base is sandy or viscous soil, sand or soil is mixed to perform field application compressive strength test.
As can be seen in Table 5, 80 parts by weight of cement, 10 parts by weight of bottom ash powder, and 10 parts by weight of red mud, which are the primary test compounding ratios, are mixed in a ratio of 1: 1, and the amount of water is 80 parts by weight of cement and bottom. When the mixture of 10 parts by weight of ash powder and 10 parts by weight of red mud at a ratio of 1: 1, the best compressive strength was obtained four days, 80 parts by weight of cement, 10 parts by weight of bottom ash powder and 10 parts by weight of red mud. When the soil was mixed at a ratio of 1: 1 and the amount of water was also mixed at a ratio of 1: 1, the compressive strength was good for 4 days. Therefore, it was concluded that the ground was sufficient to be used as a grout composition when the soil was sandy or viscous soil.
As can be seen in Table 6, the sand is mixed in a ratio of 1: 1 with respect to 80 parts by weight of cement, 10 parts by weight of bottom ash powder, and 10 parts by weight of red mud, and the amount is 80 parts by weight of cement and bottom. When the mixture of 10 parts by weight of ash powder and 10 parts by weight of red mud was mixed at a ratio of 1: 1, the compressive strength of 7 days was the best, and 80 parts by weight of cement, 10 parts by weight of bottom ash powder, and 10 parts by weight of red mud were used. When the soil was mixed at a ratio of 1: 1 and the amount of water was mixed at a ratio of 1: 1, the compressive strength was good for 7 days. Therefore, it was concluded that the soil was sufficient to be used as a grout composition in the field. From Table 6, the following field applicable grout compositions were obtained.

The grout composition which mix | blends 80 weight part of cement, 10 weight part of bottom ash powders, and 10 weight part of red muds, and mixes the quantity by the ratio of 1: 1 with respect to this compounding ratio, and it is suitable to the base material which is viscous soil.
The present invention can be used by mixing the inorganic quickener according to the site conditions.
As shown in Table 7, the fastener is environmentally friendly because no harmful heavy metals such as arsenic, mercury, etc. are detected, and because it is used in combination with water, there is no need for a separate admixture. It is mixed well with cement, bottom ash, red mud and water, and it is easy to handle because it can control gel time and quantity freely, and it can be agitated and injected by carrying a unit of packaging. In addition, the fastener is easy to control the loss of ignition, it is easy to prevent the increase in viscosity to improve the fluidity, and to increase the durability of the densified tissue of the reaction material.
The present invention can be used in combination with each of the fasteners as shown in Table 7 in Examples 1 to 2, wherein the amount of the fastener is preferably 1.6 to 2 parts by weight based on 80 parts by weight of cement.
2005. 01. 13[Figure 8] Korea Building Materials Testing Institute 2005. 01. 13
Table 8 shows the results of detecting harmful substances when 80 parts by weight of cement, 10 parts by weight of bottom ash powder, 10 parts by weight of red mud and the amount of inorganic quickener are 1.6 parts by weight of cement. It appeared to satisfy the provisions of the paragraph.
If the amount of inorganic quickener is controlled within the range of 1.6 to 2 parts by weight of cement, the gel time can be freely adjusted in the field.
The red mud of the present invention prevents the viscosity and the cohesion from weakening when cement and the bottom ash penetrates the sand or soil of the ground and improves durability. The present invention has the effect of reducing the amount of cement and prevent environmental pollution since the required strength required for the order or ground reinforcement due to such a red mud.
In addition, since the grout composition is a one-component type, there are several nozzles for injecting grout, and the unit can be packaged and transported in a predetermined unit.
As described above, according to the present invention, by mixing the coal ash discarded in the power plant with cement and red mud and binding it to the inorganic quickener according to the site conditions, it can be used for reinforcing or ordering the soft ground, and the grouting device It is simplified and can be mixed with water in the field by carrying a certain unit of packaging, so construction is convenient.
In addition, coal ash and red mud can be used to reduce the amount of cement, which is environmentally friendly.
