Claims (4)
- 분말상태의 이온교환수지와 고분자결합체를 혼합하여 제조하는 공지의 이온교환막에, 0.5∼3.0wt%의 폴리에스터를 첨가하고 130∼150℃의 온도범위로 20∼40분 동안 반죽하여 혼합물로 제조한 후,상기 혼합물을 0.5∼2.0mm의 두께로 압출하여 평판형상의 쉬트로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불균질 이온교환막의 제조 방법.
- 분말상태의 이온교환수지와 고분자결합체를 혼합하여 제조하는 공지의 이온교환막에, 5∼10wt%의 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 첨가하고, 130∼150℃의 온도범위로 20∼40분 동안 반죽하여 혼합물로 제조한 후,상기 혼합물을 0.5∼2.0mm의 두께범위로 압출하여 평판형상의 쉬트로 성형한 다음,상기 쉬트를 가교기에 침적한 후 탄산나트륨 또는 황산나트륨 중 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물이 0.5∼2.0wt%로 첨가된 순수를 이용하여 80∼100℃의 온도범위로 1∼3 시간 동안 가교시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 불균질 이온교환막의 제조 방법.
