Claims (6)
- 전력을 공급받아 작동하는 냉동기(210)와, 상기 냉동기(210)에 의해서 저온으로 냉각되는 브라인을 구비한 완전동결형 축열시스템에 있어서,상기 브라인이 유동하도록 상기 냉동기(210)에 결합된 열원 순환 배관(200)과;상기 열원 순환 배관(200)에 결합된 순환 배관 코일(120)이 장착되고 잠열축열재를 충진한 축열조(100)와;상기 브라인의 유동에 필요한 압력을 제공하도록 상기 열원 순환 배관(200)에 결합된 펌프(240)와;상기 펌프(240)의 압력으로 유동하는 브라인을 가열하기 위해 상기 열원 순환 배관(200)에 결합되고 전기히터를 구비한 가열조(250)와;상기 열원 순환 배관(200)에서 실내기 공급 배관(300)을 통해서 병렬로 결합된 적어도 하나의 실내기(310)를 포함하고,상기 브라인은 상기 순환 배관 코일(120)을 따라 유동하면서 상기 잠열축열재에 열을 축열시킴과 함께 상기 실내기(310)의 열교환 매체로 겸용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 완전동결형 축열시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열원 순환 배관(200)에는 상기 브라인을 보충하기 위한 브라인 팽창탱크(230)가 배관되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 완전동결형 축열시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 열원 순환 배관(200)과 상기 실내기 공급 배관(300)의 제1도관(201), 제2도관(202), 제4도관(301), 제5도관(302) 중 어느 하나에는, 상기 브라인이 상기 열원 순환 배관(200)을 따라 유동하다가 상기 실내기 공급 배관(300)을 통해 상기 실내기(310)로 바이패스 하도록, 제1 내지 제6전자변(221 ∼ 226) 중 어느 한 쌍이 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 완전동결형 축열시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 순환 배관 코일(120)은 가요성 있는 관부재로서 시계태엽형상으로 감겨져 있고, 메시 패널(121, 121', 121")에 고정되어서 상기 축열조(100)의 내부에서 다단으로 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 완전동결형 축열시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 축열조(100)는 밀폐 상자 형상으로 1∼5㎜의 두께를 갖는 탱크구조재층(111)과, 상기 탱크구조재층(111)의 외표면에 밀착된 보온재층(112)과, 상기 보온재층(112)의 외부에 적층된 단열재층(113)과, 상기 단열재층(113)에 외부에 설치된 마감재층(114)과, 맨홀(118)이 형성된 커버(119)를 갖는 단열하우징(110)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 완전동결형 축열시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 탱크구조재층(111)의 재질은 F·R·P, 에스엠씨(S·M·C;Sheet Molding Compound), 스테인레스 중 어느 하나로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 완전동결형 축열시스템.
