Claims (1)
- 주물사에 의한 성형공동이 있는 주형(2)으로 고규소주철 전극판(1)을 주조함에 있어서,상기 주형(2)의 성형공동을 이룬 주물사 외측에 용탕열에 의해 소멸될 수 있고 그 소멸시 형성되는 공간에 의해 주조물의 자유로운 응고 수축을 허용하는 소멸성부재(3)를 설치하여 주형(2)을 구성하는 단계와,상기 주형(2)의 성형공동내에 고규소주철 용융물을 주탕하는 단계와,주조물의 응고직후 주조물의 수축에 저항물로 작용하는 압탕(4), 주입구(6), 탕도(7), 게이트(8)를 주조물로부터 분리시켜 잔류응력 발생을 억제하는 단계와,상기 주조물을 주형(2)내에서 상온까지 서냉후 탈형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고규소주철 전극판 제조방법.
