Claims (1)
- 기판의 셀 어레이 영역 전체에 연장 배치되는 형태로 다수의 게이트라인 및 데이터라인을 형성하는 액정표시장치의 어레이 기판 제조방법에 있어서,상기 기판의 셀 어레이 영역을 다수개의 영역으로 분할하고, 상기 분할된 영역들을 순차적으로 노광하는 분할노광 단계를 포함하며,상기 분할노광 단계는 각 분할노광에서 형성되는 샷 패턴들이 양측 단부의 폭이 내부의 폭 보다 작은 폭을 갖는 스트라이프 형태가 되도록 하여 분할된 영역들의 경계선에서 샷 패턴들간 중첩 면적이 최소화되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 어레이 기판 제조방법.
