Claims (2)
- 배기매니폴드(2)에서 흡기매니폴드(3) 쪽으로 배기가스가 냉각된 상태로 공급될 수 있도록 밀폐된 파이프형 냉각조(4)의 길이방향으로 수 개의 냉각관(5)을 배관하고 냉각조(4) 양측으로는 배기매니폴드(2)와 흡기매니폴드(3)에 각각 일단이 결합된 배기가스공급관(6)을 배관하며, 냉각조(4) 상하측으로는 냉각수가 순환되는 냉각수순환관(7)을 배관한 자동차 배기가스 재순환장치(1)에 있어서,상기 냉각조(4)의 길이방향으로 배관되는 수 개의 냉각관(5)에는 축직각 방향으로 핀결합공(8)을 형성하고,상기 각 핀결합공(8)에는 서로 다른 각도로 수 개의 핀(9)을 결합하여 용접으로 밀폐되게 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배기가스 재순환장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 핀(9)은 적어도 1개 이상의 이웃하는 냉각관(5)과 동시에 결합되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배기가스 재순환장치.
