Claims (6)
- 전면의 외부공기 토출구(10) 및 내부공기 흡입구(11)와 양쪽 측면에 각각 외부공기 흡입구(12) 및 내부공기 토출구(13)를 갖고 있으며 내부는 길이방향으로 배치되는 차단판(14)에 의해 외부공기용 챔버(15)와 내부공기용 챔버(16)로 구획되어 실내외 공기의 출입을 가능하게 하는 열교환기 본체(17);상기 열교환기 본체(17)의 내부에서 길이방향을 따라 나란한 상태로 양쪽 챔버 내에 모두 걸쳐 배치되며 양단부가 다수의 롤러(18)에 의해 지지되면서 회전가능하고 양쪽 챔버를 회전 경유하면서 실내외 공기 간의 열교환작용을 수행하는 전열드럼(19);상기 열교환기 본체(17)의 내부 일측에 위치되면서 벨트(20)를 통해 연결되어 있는 전열드럼(19)을 회전시켜주는 구동모터(21);를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼형 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전열드럼(19)을 통과시키는 차단판(14)의 관통부위에는 본체 벽면과의 사이에 양쪽 챔버 간의 열이동을 막아주는 열차단용 브러시(22)가 설치되어 있는 특징으로 하는 드럼형 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전열드럼(19)은 원주둘레를 따라 연속되는 양단부의 롤러안내면(19a) 및 길이중간의 풀리(19b)를 가지면서 다공망 형태의 원통형으로 이루어진 드럼본체(19c)와, 상기 드럼본체(19c)의 전체 둘레면을 따라 일정한 두께로 부착되어 공기와의 열교환작용을 수행하는 전열매체(19d)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼형 열교환기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전열드럼(19)의 전열매체(19d)는 원통형의 전열드럼을 한번에 둘러싸는 하나의 일체형 또는 몇 개의 부분으로 분할되어 둘러싸는 분할형으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼형 열교환기.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전열매체(19d)는 폴리에스테르 입자, 유리섬유, 비철금속, 발포수지 중의 어느 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼형 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전열드럼(19)의 회전을 안내하는 다수의 롤러(18)는 열교환기 본체(17)의 앞뒤판에 각각 아이들 가능한 구조로 장착되는 동시에 4개의 격자형 구조로 배치되면서 원통형 드럼의 둘레 4곳을 지지할 수 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼형 열교환기.
