Claims (8)
- STM(Scanning Tunneling Microscopy)팁에 표적 핵산 또는 단백질과 반대되는 극성의 팁바이어스 전압을 인가하면서, 표적물질이 포함된 시료를 팁에 채취하는 단계;시료를 스포팅할 기판 상으로 상기 팁을 이동시킨 후, 상기 표적물질과 반대되는 극성의 샘플 바이어스를 인가하여, 터널링 전류를 발생시켜 팁을 기판에 접근시키는 단계: 및상기 팁 바이어스 전압을 제거하여 상기 팁에 부착된 시료를 기판 상으로 적하시키는 단계를 포함하는 나노 바이오어레이의 제조방법.

- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 금속박막은 금, 은, 구리 또는 백금으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 금속박막 형성 단계 후 상기 기판을 표적물질이 양전하 또는 음전하를 나타내도록 전처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
