Description

다목적 청소선 {The Ship}Multi Purpose Cleaner {The Ship}

The present invention relates to a cleaning vessel, and more particularly, to provide a multi-purpose cleaning ship that can effectively remove water flotation and debris that contaminates fresh water, thereby greatly contributing to the water quality protection of the water supply protection area.

The most serious of freshwater pollution is the contamination of drinking water sources used for drinking and agricultural water. In particular, the pollution of the water supply is also very large, its impact on the human body, as well as increase in water purification costs and waste of water resources is required for continuous water quality management.

Conventionally, a water cleaning vessel has been proposed that is dedicated to collecting floating water floating on water and submerged wastes.

In the case of the conventional cleaning ship, the hull is made larger than necessary, and thus the fuel consumption and maintenance costs are high, resulting in a large economic loss.

In addition, since the ship's propulsion medium is a screw type, oil, heavy metals, etc. are leaked, and garbage is wound around the ship's screw, which causes frequent failures.

In addition, ships in deep waters were not able to operate ships, which did not meet the fundamental purpose of omnidirectional and continuous water protection.

In addition, the conventional cleaning ship has only one collection system such as a crane or a grab selectively has had a problem that the waste can not be effectively disposed due to the limitation of its function and use.

Therefore, the present invention is to solve the conventional problems as described above, to provide a multi-purpose cleaning line that can be removed through the economic and efficient work to remove the garbage as a pollution source of the water supply, and to cope with fire in an environmentally friendly manner. The purpose is to.

In addition, the present invention is to provide a cleaning ship that can contribute significantly to reducing the maintenance cost by reducing the engine output burden by optimizing buoyancy by configuring the hull in a symmetric catamaran vessel, the weight is less than 18 tons.

In accordance with the above object, in the present invention, the ship propulsion medium is improved by the water jet propulsion method, that is, the method of moving the hull by the repulsive force by the water injection, thereby fundamentally eliminating the cause of the failure by the screw as in the prior art. The full draft was allowed to work up to 0.8m, so that the cleaning operation in all directions could be performed.

The deck crane can be installed in front of the engine room to directly collect, load, and unload garbage or water floating materials by using a grab installed in addition to the heavy lifting function which is the original function of the crane. It was made.

In addition, the conveyor, which is a conveying device, is installed inclined in the bow direction at the lower part of the steering gear so that the floating water can be automatically transferred to the hull deck.

A-FRAME is installed inclined in the bow direction in front of the bow steering room, and the heavy weight can be lifted using the hook attached to the wire, and the risk of injury due to the short circuit of the wire that may occur when excessive weight is lifted. In order to protect the operator from the wire structure to guide the wire to the support structure is mounted so that it is not exposed to the outside in case of short circuit.

In addition, a radiation gun connected to the high pressure pump (discharge amount 30㎥ / H) was installed in the engine room at the upper part of the steering room so that it could be used for fire extinguishing as well as cleaning the rock wall through the adjusting device installed in the steering room.

As shown in the figure, the vessel is based on the hull 10 of the catamaran vessel, and the float collection system is installed on the bow so as to collect garbage.

Floating material collection system is composed of a conveyor 50 and the support structure 30, the conveyor 50 is installed between the catamaran hull 10 inclined in the bow bottom direction from the bottom of the steering chamber 20, the support structure on the bow deck 30 is inclined in the bow direction.

In addition, the conveyor 50 is made of stainless steel, and the conveyor 50 is connected with the wire winding drum 52 driven by the conveyor driving motor 51 and the bow-side conveyor moving motor 53 mounted on the stern side. At the same time, floating rounds were allowed to be collected on decks.

The support structure 30 can be lifted by the wire 34 suspended from the support 34 to the winch 32 on the deck and the roller 33 fixed to the upper side thereof to be pulled up onto the conveyor 50, and the The pillars of the support structure 30 were provided with wire guides 31 so as to protect workers during a short circuit of the wires 34 to ensure safety.

The deck crane 40 is disposed in the hull 10 deck center, and is operated by a hydraulic pump 43 installed in the empty deck under the deck, the deck crane 40 to the wire 42 to perform the original function of the crane 42 ) And a grab 41 composed of a plurality of claws are added.

Therefore, by using the wire 42 attached to the deck crane 40, it is possible to lift the heavy material in the riverbed, and the grab 41, which is attached to it, can pick up and move the garbage.

The radiation gun 60 is installed on the steering chamber 20 of the hull 10 so that the high-pressure river water can be radiated by the pump 61 installed in the engine room 70 to clean the wall and extinguish the fire during emergency fire fighting. In order to be used as, the radiation gun 60 was to be able to easily control the operation by using the adjusting device installed in the steering chamber (20).

The propulsion medium for maneuvering the hull 10 is composed of a water jet 80 propulsion method capable of moving the hull 10 by the reaction force by water injection, and the water jet 80 is installed at the rear of the hull 10.
