Claims (3)
- 연소재(1)와 점화재(2)가 단위포장으로 포장되어지는 고체연료 유니트에 있어서,상기 연소재(1)는 대나무를 숯가마에서 탄화한 후, 절단하여서 되는 대나무숯 단위체로 되고,상기 점화재(2)는 대나무숯가루 20∼30중량%, 활성탄 45∼50중량%, 미분당 9∼11중량%, 초석 2∼3중량%, 바륨 2∼3중량% 및 전분 12∼13중량%를 혼합하고, 혼합된 혼합물을 성형틀에 투입하여 성형한 후, 일정크기로 절단하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대나무숯을 이용한 고체연료 유니트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 점화재(2)는 육각칩 형상으로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대나무숯을 이용한 고체연료 유니트.
- 연소재(1)와 점화재(2)가 단위포장으로 포장되어지는 고체연료 유니트의 이용방법에 있어서,대나무숯가루 20∼30중량%, 활성탄 45∼50중량%, 미분당 9∼11중량%, 초석 2∼3중량%, 바륨 2∼3중량% 및 전분 12∼13중량%를 혼합하고, 혼합된 혼합물을 성형틀에 투입하여 성형한 후, 일정크기로 절단하여 되는 점화재(2)를 화덕(B) 하부에 장입하여 점화하고, 상부에는 대나무를 숯가마에서 탄화한 후, 절단하여서 되는 대나무숯 단위체로 되는 연소재(1)를 장입하여,상기 점화재(1)의 화력에 의하여 연소재(1)가 연소되어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대나무숯을 이용한 고체연료 유니트의 이용방법.
