Description
Claims (12)
- 기판 상에 분사됨과 아울러 식각액으로 식각되는 스페이서와,상기 기판 상으로 상기 스페이서를 분사시키는 잉크젯과,상기 식각액을 상기 스페이서로 분사하기 위한 분사장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 잉크젯은상기 스페이서가 담긴 용기와,상기 용기로부터 스페이서를 상기 기판으로 분사시키기 위한 노즐로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판은상부기판 상에 형성되는 블랙매트릭스와,상기 블랙매트릭스 상에 형성되는 컬러필터와,상기 컬러필터 상에 형성되는 공통전극과,상기 공통전극 상에 도포되어 러빙공정이 수행되는 배향막으로 이루어지는 액정패널의 상판인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 상기 블랙매트리스 영역과 중첩됨과 아울러 상기 블랙매트릭스 영역보다 작은 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판은하부기판 상에 형성되는 박막트랜지스터와,상기 박막트랜지스터와 접촉되는 화소전극과,상기 화소전극 상에 도포됨과 아울러 러빙공정이 수행되는 배향막으로 구성되는 액정패널의 하판인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 상기 박막트랜지스터 영역과 중첩됨과 아울러 상기 박막트랜지스터 영역보다 작은 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조장치.
- 기판 상에 잉크젯을 정렬하는 단계와;상기 잉크젯을 이용하여 상기 기판 상에 스페이서를 분사하는 단계와;상기 스페이서에 식각액을 분사하여 소정 높이 및 폭을 갖도록 상기 스페이서를 식각하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 스페이서를 소성시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 기판은 액정패널의 상판이며,상부기판 상에 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 단계와,상기 블랙매트릭스에 의해 분리된 영역 상에 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계와,상기 컬러필터 상에 공통전극을 형성하는 단계와,상기 공통전극 상에 배향막을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 상기 블랙매트리스 영역과 중첩됨과 아울러 상기 블랙매트릭스 영역보다 작은 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 기판은 액정패널의 하판이며,하부기판 상에 박막트랜지스터를 형성하는 단계와,상기 박막트랜지스터를 덮도록 보호막을 형성하는 단계와,상기 박막트랜지스터와 전기적으로 접속되도록 상기 보호막 상에 화소전극을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 상기 박막트랜지스터 영역과 중첩됨과 아울러 상기 박막트랜지스터 영역보다 작은 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
