Claims (2)
- 폴리에스테르폐기물(폴리에스테르파사및 PET병)을 분쇄하면서 물을 첨가하고 믹싱하여 칩형태로 만드는 공정과;상기 공정의 칩을 건조시키되 건조온도 100∼120℃정도될때 폴리에스테르 중량기준 왁스0.1∼0.5중량%와 1000∼1700메쉬의 일라이트분말 2∼4중량%를 투입시켜 165∼175℃정도 될때까지 회전건조시키는 공정과;상기 공정의 칩을 압출기에 넣고 용융방사시켜 와인딩, 해사, 연신, 크림프, 130∼140℃에서 건조및 셋팅절단하는 공정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 일라이트가 함유된 인조파이버의 제조방법
