- 침탄로에서 부품을 질소-메탄올법을 응용한 적주식 침탄 방식의 연속 메쉬-벨트 로를 이용하여 무산화 연속 열처리를 하는 침탄공정과,상기 침탄된 부품을 켄칭 셧(shut)부가 설치된 켄칭조에서 열처리유를 가하며 켄칭하는 켄칭 공정과,상기 켄칭된 부품을 템퍼링 로에서 가공하는 템퍼링 공정으로 구성된 자동차부품의 복탄 처리를 위한 공정을 포함하며,상기 침탄 공정, 켄칭 공정 및 템퍼링 공정은 메쉬-벨트식 무산화 열처리로서 연속으로 이루어지고, 상기 침탄 공정은 질소 가스를 캐리어로 사용하고 가열실 내로 메탄올을 공급하여 N2+ CH3OH -> CO + 2H2+ N2의 열분해 반응에 의해 생성된 CO 가스에 의해 침탄이 이루어지는, 자동차 부품의 복탄 처리 공정.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 침탄 공정은 메탄올에 톨루엔을 첨가하고 LP 가스(C4H8)를 자동 주입하여 상기 침탄로 내의 분위기의 가스조성을 제어하기 위하여 O2센서를 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 부품의 복탄 처리 공정.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 켄칭조의 상기 켄칭 셧(shut)부는 열전도도가 작은 스테인리스로 구성되어 켄칭 온도를 일정 온도로 유지하도록 함을 특징으로 하는, 자동차 부품의 복탄 처리 공정.
- 상기 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항에 의한 복탄 처리 공정에 의해 복탄 처리된 자동차 부품.
