본 발명에서 제공하는 매트세척장치는 다양한 종류의 매트를 세척하기 위해서 세탁소 또는 세차장 등에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 판벨트와 매트지지수단 등으로 구성된 매트이동수단을 채택하여 매트가 엉키지 않고 원활하게 이송되면서 연속적인 공정에 의해 세척이 이루어지도록 할 수 있다. 이때 매트지지수단의 하부에 배치된 물분사수단과 고압공기분사수단으로부터 분출되는 세척수와 고압공기가 매트를 판벨트측으로 밀어 붙여 판벨트와 매트의 접촉력이 증대되어 확실한 매트의 이송을 보장하며, 고압공기분사수단을 매트의 하방에 위치시켜 공기로 불어낸 오수와 이물질이 다시 매트에 달라붙지 않고 하부로 직접 떨어져서 세척이 효율적으로 이루어지는 효과가 기대된다. 그에 따라 본 발명은 물세척, 브러쉬 세척 및 고압공기 세척 등 다양한 세척 공정을 하나의 시스템으로 구현하여 세척력을 배가하는 현저한 효과가 기대된다.Mat washing apparatus provided in the present invention can be usefully used in a laundry or a car wash to wash various types of mat.
