Abstract

PURPOSE: A rotary vibration testing machine is provided to simplify the composition by regulating the amplitude and rotational frequency of a vibrator by using opposite polarities of a magnet and to accurately regulate the amplitude and rotational frequency by using the approach and separation of the magnetic force between stator and rotor magnets confronting each other and the opposite magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION: A rotary vibration testing machine is composed of a housing(100), a rotor unit(200), and a stator unit(300). The housing has a constant space therein and a footboard ascending and descending by screw-combining with a caster at the bottom. The rotor unit includes a rotary plate integrally connected to the upper part of a motor(220) fixed to a predetermined position of four rods(210) fixed to the housing and a first magnet(250) disposed on the circumference of the rotary plate to arrange different polarities in turns. The stator unit comprises a fixing plate(340) connected by interposing a damper device(270) in a magnetic field of the first magnet; a second magnet(350) arranged on the circumference of the lower side of the fixing plate to have the polarity opposite to the first magnet; and a supporting plate(360) on which a test piece is put, connected to the upper part of the fixing plate.
