Abstract

PURPOSE: A scalping apparatus for removing small particle impurities and dehydrating treatment is provided to prevent a second screen from being blocked due to clay powder and produce a reclaimed aggregate of a high quality by removing moisture and fine sludge stuck to a washed raw rock. CONSTITUTION: The scalping apparatus comprises: a dehydrating perforated net(4) mounted diagonally inside a screen device body(1); a plurality of fine sludge removing bars(5) on the top portion of the perforated net(4) at an interval; and elastic spring equipment units(6) each mounted on both opposite sides at the outside of the screen device body(1) to support it and providing an elastic force repulsive to the weight of a drop object to vibrate it up and down.
