Abstract

PURPOSE: A multiple calling system and a multiple message transmission system by using an automatic response system are provided to connect a multi-communication such as a TRS(Trunked Radio System) communication by using only an automatic response system without having a separate equipment. CONSTITUTION: A user DB(Data Base)(120) has an originating number, destination group names and IDs(IDentification). A member DB(122) has destination group IDs, which are the same as those of the user DB, and a member telephone number. A character voice change device(150) changes the destination group name of the user DB into a voice. A matching device(140) is matched with an outside exchange. A call mixer mixes the call connected with the matching device and thus enables a multiple calling. A central processing unit(110) transmits and controls data among a user DB, a member DB, a character voice change device, a matching device and a call mixer. One or two or more exchanges(200) are connected to an automatic response system. A terminal(300) is connected to the exchange.
