- 투입 호퍼에서 이송된 음식물 쓰레기의 수거 봉투 파봉과 조대 협잡물의 선별 및 조대 음식물을 일정 크기로 파쇄하기 위한 파봉 및 파쇄 선별공정과,상기 파봉 및 파쇄 선별 공정을 거친 음식물 쓰레기를 자력에 의해 자성 금속류를 선별하기 위한 자력 선별공정과,상기 자력 선별공정을 통과한 음식물 쓰레기를 고속 회전에 의한 원심력으로 비철 중량물을 분리하기 위한 원심 분리공정과,상기 원심 분리공정을 거친 음식물 쓰레기를 후속 가수 분해 및 산발효 효율의 상승을 위해 적정 입도로 분쇄하기 위한 2단 분쇄공정과,상기 파봉 및 파쇄 선별공정과 원심 분리공정에서 제거되지 않은 미세한 비닐 조각류를 제거하기 위한 비닐 제거공정과,상기 비닐 제거공정을 통과하여 저류조로 투입된 음식물 쓰레기중에 혼입되어 있는 미세 중량물을 원심력과 비중차에 의해 제거하기 위한 싸이클론 공정과,상기 전처리 공정을 완료하여 전처리된 음식물 쓰레기를 가수 분해 및 산발효하기 위한 산발효 공정을 진행하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기의 처리와 재활용 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음식물 쓰레기의 전처리 공정후, 하수 처리장 소화조로 연계하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기의 처리와 재활용 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전처리 공정을 완료하여 전처리된 음식물 쓰레기를 가수 분해 및 산발효한 다음, 하수 고도 처리시 외부 탄소원으로 이용하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기의 처리와 재활용 방법.
- 음식물 쓰레기의 전처리 공정을 진행하기 위해 상단 및 하단에 각각 유입관 및 배출구가 구비되는 본체와,상기 본체의 내부에 장착되어 유입관을 통해 투입된 음식물 쓰레기에 포함된 비닐 조각 및 섬유질을 제거하기 위한 복수개의 핀이 외주면에 설치되는 드럼과,상기 본체의 일측에 장착되어 드럼을 회전시키는 동력을 발생시키기 위한 제 1 모터와,상기 드럼의 일측에 설치되어 드럼과 같은 방향으로 회전하여 복수개의 핀에 걸린 이물질을 분리시키기 위한 스크래퍼와,상기 본체 내의 하부에 장착되어 스크랩퍼에 의해 분리되어 유입된 이물질을 탈수시키기 위해 회전하는 탈수기와,상기 본체의 타측에 설치되어 탈수기를 회전시키는 동력을 발생시키기 위한 제 2 모터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기의 처리와 재활용 장치.
