Claims (4)
- 음식물 쓰레기와 축산폐수를 동시에 처리하는 방법으로서, 음식물 쓰레기를 선별하고 세척하여 염분을 제거하는 단계와, 염분이 제거된 상태의 음식물 쓰레기를 분쇄하여 슬러리 상태화하는 단계와, 상기 슬러리 상태의 음식물 쓰레기를 축분뇨와 함께 집수조에서 혼합하는 단계와, 다공성 바닥면을 중심으로 그 하부에 접촉여재조가 구비되고 바닥면 상부로는 톱밥이 채워지며 외부로부터 접촉여재조와 다공성 바닥면을 경유하여 공기의 공급이 이루어지는 톱밥 발효 정화조 내부의 톱밥 상면으로 상기 집수조에 저장된 음식물 쓰레기와 축산폐수의 혼합폐수를 주기적으로 살포하는 단계와, 살포된 음식물 쓰레기와 축산폐수의 혼합물과 톱밥을 교반시키면서 에어를 공급하여 발효가 이루어지도록 하여 퇴비화하는 단계와, 상기 음식물 쓰레기의 세척과정에서 발생된 세척수와 톱밥발효 정화조의 접촉여재조를 거쳐 나온 침출여액을 저장하여 폐수의 농도를 균질화하는 단계와, 가압부상조에서 균질화된 폐수중의 이물질을 부상시켜 부상된 스컴을 제거하는 단계 및 가압부상 처리를 거친 폐수를 생물학적 처리를 통해서 탈질 및 잔류오염물질 처리를 하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기와 축산폐수의 혼합처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음식물 쓰레기의 선별 및 세척단계에서 염분 및 매운맛이 제거된 음식물 쓰레기중 사료화가 가능한 음식물 쓰레기는 이를 건식사료화방식으로 고온에서 증자한 후 건조시켜 분쇄하여 사료화하거나 습식사료화 방식으로 수분이 있는 상태에서 분쇄하여 가온, 멸균 또는 유기산을 처리하여 부패균 등을 사멸시킨 후 배합사료나 농산부산물 등과 혼합발효시켜 사료화하고, 사료화가 어려운 상태의 음식물 쓰레기는 분쇄하여 축산폐수와 혼합해서 퇴비화 함을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기와 축산폐수의 혼합처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 톱밥발효 정화조에서는 축산폐수의 단독처리시 나타나는 발효조의 열량부족이 풍부한 탄소원을 보유한 음식물 쓰레기에 의해 보충되어 적절한 C/N비가 유지됨으로써 발효의 활성화가 이루어지고, 그 내부의 발효조로 공기가 공급되어 미생물에 의한 악취물질의 분해가 이루어져서 음식물 쓰레기 처리시 발생하는 악취가 방지됨을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기와 축산폐수의 혼합처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 톱밥발효 정화조로부터의 침출여액에 대한 정화처리는 외부 탄소원의 부족분이 음식물 쓰레기 세척수중의 유기물에 의해 보충됨으로써 별도의 외부 탄소원을 공급함이 없이 고효율의 탈질공정이 포함된 생물학적 처리가 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 음식물 쓰레기와 축산폐수의 혼합처리 방법.
